Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Indiana

Tonight I placed an order with Pizza Hut in Camby at 7pm, they said it would be an hour. I got a call from someone around 8pm and thought maybe it was the delivery guy trying to find our house or something. So I called the number back only for the delivery driver to tell me that they do not service our area. He said I was pretty far away lol. I’ve been ordering at this Pizza Hut for over 2 years at our current house (Smokey Row Rd). I have never had a problem. He said he even asked the GM and he agreed with him that they do not deliver to us. I placed an order just last week! I told him this and he said “they must have just pushed it through.” I was not offered to do carryout, I wasn’t offered a discount for next time, I barely even got an apology. Looks like we saved $40+ tonight, and they won’t be getting our money anymore. Also, last week I was charged for a cheese dipping sauce and did not receive it. Visited Pizza Hut for the first time in a long time and it will absolutely be the last time. Went there because my nephew turned 16 and wanted a family dinner there. We had ordered 3 pizzas which took over an hour and 15 minutes to receive all 3. That wasn't even the beginning or worse part. I ordered a mountain dew to drink, get it and there was a black spec in it. Could've been spice or could've been bug, I don't know. Get new drink, the ice had something (probably mold) frozen in it. While waiting we ate breadsticks with cheese. Well, I luckily (so I hope) missed the hair in our dipping cheese sauce before noticing it. The person handling our table felt removing the breadsticks from our bill would be good enough. Then our pizzas finally arrive, 2 out of 3 anyway. Supposedlythe stuff crust pizza (specifically ordered for nephew) stuck to the pan and they had to remake it. Horrible experience. WILL NEVER EVER EAT AT ANY PIZZA HUT OR...

We normally love pizza hut, but this particular location was terrible! We tried to call ahead of time and someone huffed and hung up on my husband. So we went ahead and drove there anyway because we were craving their pizza and breadsticks. We put our order in and waited in the parking lot where 2 employees (looked like boyfriend and girlfriend) proceeded to scream and argue in the parking lot. To top things off, when we got home and opened the box, we were not happy. You could hold up a slice of pizza and see through it because it had holes in it somehow. It was like they stretched the dough too thin or something. The crust was not near as good as usual, it was bland. The breadsticks weren't even good!! If my kids weren't so hungry and tired, we would have taken it back. We threw away a pretty good portion of the pizza. It was very disappointing! No wonder their parking lot is...
