Wings Etc. — Restaurant in Indiana

Hair found in food & waited for an hour just for a family of 4. The food was very over cooked and undercooked, the aftermath of eating there is a very upset stomach and nausea. My family & I ate dinner here last night on 9/30/22 at about 8pm for the 1st time. We were seated, ordered 2 appetizers and a drafted beer, along with our dinner order. Appetizers had came in a very fast manner, the wait for them was a normal wait time as any other restaurant. The beer we ordered, was flat & warm, as if it had been sitting all day. We didn't mention anything to the young server as she was busy with another tables complaint as well and we brushed it off. We sat there waiting and waiting, 30 min goes by and the server comes and states "your food should hopefully be coming soon" we continued to wait another 20 min, still nothing. We finally received our food at about the hour mark, everything looks fine, server rushes off. My 5 year Olds chicken wings were so hard she could eat them, also ordered a half rack of ribs which were so overcooked that I could not get them to Rip off the bone to even eat the overcooked dry meat. The meat looked as if it was defrosted to much in the microwave and thrown on the grill for a few minutes to achieve a more fast route of cooking. All of our French fry were undercooked and tasted freezer burnt. As I'm starting to eat the only thing that actually tasted decent, the Mac and cheese. I get 4 bites in and as I go for another bite, a 3 in dark black piece if hair wrapped into one of the noodles, at this time the server brings our check and I bring it to her attention. Her response was " oh, well I can get you another if you want, but I'm sure you probably don't want it now" I said nah I'm good, with a disgusted look on my face and with not even half of my order was ate due to how bad the food was anyways. The server then walks off, and to my knowledge I thought maybe she would adjust our bill, considering that I found a hair in my food, the overcooked meet and chicken, and undercooked freezer burnt fries. She is now at another table that is complaing about there order, There was not a manager in site, the server was very careless and seemed to only care for a paycheck. My bill was not adjusted, and we waited way to long for our food to come out the way it did, and we did not complain like we should have, until I found a hair in my food. I am also not a disrespectful person and I to have been a server, but last night that young lady did not recieve a tip at all, for the carelessnes and lack of not even attempting to do the right thing as a server and customer service worker. I am disgusted and pretty upset at the fact of eating there for the 1st time and our experience. I will also be contacting corporate for this matter. People work to hard and to have that extra money to go out to dinner, especially at a wing place, and spend our hard earning money on a dinner and at a place that is very careless is disappointing. Please do better & manage, train, and talk with your associates on professionalism and better customer service, as well as preparing and cooking food for your company. This was probably 100 percent the worst ribs (my dinner order) that I have ever attempted to try to eat and get passed the hardness and dryness, and then to try to eat something that I felt could not get ruined or cooked wrong(Mac n cheese) and it ended up having someone's hair in it. I really don't recommend eating here if your looking for some good food. I think I was better off going through a drive thru and even spending more money at a fast food place then to ever come...

Went around 10 PM with my husband following a wedding. We were not greeted at the door and there was no sign advising if we should seat ourselves. After a few minutes, the 4th employee who passed us asked us "how many?". Every employee we saw looked absolutey disgusted we even were there. We said 2 and we're not asked bar or table, we were taken to one of the few clean booths and asked what to drink. My husband and I ordered drinks and began to look at the menu. Minutes went by when a very loud and large party of around 18 kids/parents were sat by us in three tables. The parents were drinking at one table while the kids (middle or high schoolers) yelled and banged on the tables. Between them, the bathroom and the noises from the kitchen, it became overwhelming. We had only been approached once, ordering pretzels and drinks. The pretzels by themselves were okay, but the beer cheese was lumpier than pimento cheese spread. I finally flagged down the server and asked for the check. I was not asked why we were leaving abruptly or what the issue was. I would have asked to move if we still would have been able to enjoy our dinner. Once we finally got the check, she was gone for a while and my husband ended up just leaving cash. We paid $20 for one of the worst restraunt experiences I have ever had. I am furious we even paid considering we didn't actually drink our drinks or food. I highly doubt we will be back after tonight and I don't recommend anyone go to this location based on the cleanliness and service as I can't speak...

Horrible food, horrible service, and horrible atmosphere. I can say nothing good about this place. The waitress, Jill (I found out from the receipt, since she didn't bother to introduce herself), was rude. She didn't know what came on a burger. She had to look at the menu and when that didn't tell her she clearly just made something up. I asked what rums they had and she told me she had no idea, "The bar is over there, you can go look if you want." - her exact words. the food tool over 30 minute to arrive and there were barely any people in the place. When the food did come it was barely warm, so not freshly made. How long did it sit in the window I wonder. I ordered fried mushrooms, they were disgusting, maybe from frozen. There is no way they were made in house. They came with ranch but I do not eat ranch. In order to get a different sauce I had to pay, which she did not tell me when I asked for it. The beyond burger I ordered was burnt. The boneless wings were more breading then chicken. The sauce we ordered, the mildest one available, was too spicy. We waited forever and could barely eat any of the food. The icing on the cake was the screaming children that were seated a few tables from us. If we were given an option of sitting at the bar or father away it might not have been a big deal. It was also freezing in there. We even had to ask for refills on our drinks when they were empty. I have looked hard but there is NOTHING good...
