Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Indiana

I had to call my doctor immediately after leaving this place due to the absolute mayhem and stress I felt while watching this operation happen right before my very eyes and ask for a script of Xanax. People were running around in a frantic, hell, bending pace, trying to figure out which pizza to make next. I was sitting there and complete shock, watching this all unfold. I’ve seen less stress in a courtroom watching the accused wait for their verdict. A worker asked if I was William? Do I look like a William? I sure hope not. Once the worker got my name, they told me my pizza hadn’t even been prepared yet, but that they would get to it as soon as possible . I sat in a booth, which was quite lonely, trying to ignore the scenes that were unfolding before my eyes. I tried my best to ignore them, but I could not look away. Customer after customer walked in, and they had no idea where their pizzas were. At this point secondhand embarrassment started to sit in, so I put my hoodie on over my face and covered as much of it as I possibly could. Anyway, I finally got my pizza after I chewed my nails down to the quick from the stress of that place. My nails filled me up, but the little bit of pizza I ate was fantastic. Thank you for your efforts and for the work you put in on the front lines of what we call Dominoes Pizza! I hope and pray that the infrastructure and technology portion of your job can be streamlined to make it easier. All of the workers deserve a day off with pay and free mental health...

I am so fed up (no pun intended) with my food being messed up or not how it’s literally described on the menu. The only time my food is good is when this sweet blonde works there. The rest of the time I’ll ask for light buffalo sauce on my sandwich and get extra. It’s stated on the menu that the buffalo chicken comes w onions and it almost never has onions on it. I feel like whoever is doing the cooking doesn’t even take the time to read the tickets. Most recently, we order a bbq chicken pizza (extra bbq) and a Buffalo chick sandwich (light hot sauce). And wouldn’t you know it, the pizza has basically no Bbq sauce and my sandwich has an unnecessary amount of fricking Buffalo. Like they just dumped an entire bottle on my sandwich. The cheese on my sandwich wasn’t even melted. Food is too expensive anymore for it to constantly be messed up. We also tip generously on CARRY OUT orders so I feel like the least y'all could do is check the dang ticket and make sure the food is being...

We ordered from this location around 7:45 tonight for delivery. The order was sitting in the quality check from around 8 ish to about 8:50 so I called the store. The person that answered was beyond unprofessional. He first stated they only had one driver. I was okay with that answer and understand that it would take a little long then expected. However he then said the guy is like 65 and I think he has dementia. This comment made me sick. It's no wonder places have such a hard time finding workers when there team treats them like this. When the pizza finally arrived it was not even lukewarm and had been more than 2 hours after the order. The driver was very polite and was at least 10 years younger than the employee on the phone said. I am less upset about the cold pizza and the 2 hour wait then the disgusting statements that were made. I will never order from this domino's again and will likely not order from another...
