Save your money- Go to starbucks or McDonalds instead. After change in ownership service & food have gone down hill. Visited many times hoping for better service as they are next to my nail place, and every time I am disappointed. Communication- staff lacks english proficiency to take orders, under stand basic instructions or drink modifications as well as questions on promotions/coupons. They force you to use the kiosks so they don’t have to use the register system and can deny coupons. Beverage quality- last 3 trips my order was wrong (ingredients) as they used the sweetener flavored syrups add in not the unsweetened flavored syrups. The last two times my coffee was extremely watery and lacked coffee flavor. Cappuccinos are 1/2 foam, 1/2 coffee which tasted like foam & water. The counter gal made an absolute mess with the foam so I was doubtful she knew how to make it correctly. Thus, I asked for her to replace with just a black coffee with cream. This cup tasted like watered down coffee and creamer. Gross
Other locals- At nail salon I talked to others who got coffee that day or had recently visited. All reported their coffee drinks tasted poorly, very thin on ingredients and lacked proper coffee base.
Awful coffee- I suspect the new store mgmt is skimming on ingredients including standard brewing coffee grounds per pot or reusing old grounds to...
Read moreThis morning, the man working the window (middle eastern man, sorry I don’t know how else to describe) gave me a blueberry muffin when I asked for the new seasonal triple chocolate muffin, and I handed it back and told him he gave me blueberry when I had asked for triple chocolate, and he came back with another blueberry muffin and INSISTED it was triple chocolate… I just gave up and took the L. It’s 7am and I don’t feel like arguing. Also, I asked for milk in my coffee and I noticed there was no milk so I handed it back and told him I wanted milk in it, and he apparently doesn’t understand the word “milk” because he kept repeating “mocha” and adding more mocha to it. So basically I did not get anything I wanted in my order. I can also only have decaf coffee due to medical reasons and I’m not trusting that they gave me decaf based on how they approached the rest of my order, so I’m just giving the drink to a friend. Not even risking it. I go to Dunkin 2-3x a week and I never had any issues with this location until maybe the last week and a half, since there’s been all new people. If you’re going to hire new staff, fine, but please train them appropriately before sending them off on their own to...
Read moreStop by this new Dunkin’ Donuts in Granger and their hours say that they close at seven. At 6:45 their doors were locked. Finally, one of the workers walked around from the back, smoking a cigarette and I asked h him if they were closed and he said yes. I then proceeded to say oh so you don’t close at seven like your sign says. He replies no we do close at seven but we close early because we have to clean. So i repeat afain, so you dont close at 7 then.
For those who don’t understand business if you posted hours are 7 PM for closing that means at 7 PM you lock your door and then you proceeded to finish cleaning whatever you have not finished cleaning. It does not mean you close 30 minutes - an hour prior to your posted hours and sit around until 7. Every restaurant that I’ve worked in you clean prior to closing but stay open and then finish maybe an hour or so after closing time.
And then on top of that, he places his car in the drive-through spot so that no one can pull in there. It’s not even as if the drive-through was still open and the...
