I recently visited Fazoli's for my birthday, and unfortunately, it was both my first and last time at this restaurant. I had placed a mobile order in advance, but the experience upon arrival was extremely disappointing.
When I walked in, I was immediately approached by a staff member who was not only rude but also visibly irritated. She did not greet me or smile, but instead harshly asked what I wanted. I explained that I was there to pick up my mobile order, which I couldn't find in the designated "mobile/delivery" pickup section, even though I had received a notification confirming it was ready. Her response was both unprofessional and accusatory, saying, "Yeah, 'cause people like to steal around here," while glaring at me and looking me up and down almost as if implying something.
When she finally brought out my order, she carelessly threw it onto the counter with such force that the contents flipped over, creating a mess inside the bag. Frustrated, I called in to speak with the manager on duty and reported the incident. Although the manager promised to follow up, I have yet to hear back.
This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I will never eat at Fazoli's again. Customer service like this is...
Read moreWe were there at 6:30 on a Saturday evening. They weren't busy for dine-in. One guy was up front doing everything. He was hard to understand. But he was working and trying. Ordered a regular $9.99 and a small $7.99 Fettuccine Alfredo. One was in a larger bowl. They both only had "3" small Bite size pieces of chicken. The small portion noodles and fettuccine were cold. About cold!! (We assume the small one was made first, then the other one.) Also, got the Supreme Pizza Bake pasta. It started out good but the more he ate, the worse it tasted. When we got our order, he said the bread was in oven. I took the cold pasta up to counter and asked for it to be heated in the microwave. Someone from the back came out (maybe a manager??) I asked if that was the correct portion of chicken? He said 3 to 5 pieces, and the amount did look short. He made a fresh one. Still no bread. Went back to the table. After about 3 more minutes, he came with some bread. The table next to us was also begging for bread and parmensean cheese. I would not recommend going here. Spend a little more and go to...
Read moreThe bigger black lady with the purple shirt, who I’m assuming is the manager needs to get an attitude check. She was so incredibly rude for no reason. I was holding a small 8lb puppy and she said we had to go outside if she’s not a service dog. That’s fine, We didn’t plan to eat there anyways, but she kept telling us to go outside and leave. I was just waiting for my food and she told a co worker “tell them to go outside.” Okay lady happily, we left. Even her coworkers seemed sorry and fed up by her horrible behavior. We had to wait in my car for someone to bring us the food out. I would understand if I had let my puppy down to run around or she was loud, but I was holding her and she was causing no one trouble. She could have at least been nicer?? I wonder who hurt this lady for her to be so bitter about a...
