The customer service is absolutely horrible. In the drive through and inside.

Do not use for Door Dash, pre-order or in person.

I went in today, used inside instead of the sloooooow drive through. In 20-40+ minutes inside, not one person of 10+ staff asked any customers if they were picking up orders. They never once told us to use the electronic kiosks to order.

Multiple people were waiting for doordash, their orders were done, but no staff wanted to serve them.

One kiosk was broken... customers had to help other customers to get a working one. No tags, no receipts.

Kiosks were out of paper, no way to prove your order.

Two female customers complained about the women's restroom... there was feces all over. They took pictures as proof.

Never saw a supervisor or manager until I used my phone to take a pic for this review. Then they came out of the woodwork.

I explained my frustration and the frustration of all the customers.

This McDonald's is THE WORST jn the region, and that is a VERY low bar.

I'm told by others that the owner doesn't care. Corporate needs to.

This McDonald'sneeds a revamp of basic customer care, cleanliness and decency.

AGAIN: AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS. First: It's McDonald's... not a 5 star place. I get that. But... give good customer service.

Second: they can't get the simplest of orders right, and rarely remember to include straws, napkins or the correct sauces for your nuggets.

Third: they can't keep their ice cream machine working to save their lives - even when it's cold out!

I'm not asking for much. But I do expect the correct number of straws for my drinks, a reasonable amount of napkins for my order, the correct sauces, salt on the fries, and for the love of all that is tasty, fix the frakking ice...

Of course I don't have to give a bad review, they already have a bad review. I sat in line for 25 minutes from 4:35 am until 5 am the whole time, there was only 4 cars in front of me, and I saw through one window, employees to look like zombies slowly walking aimlessly around while we all sat for almost half an hour, and if this wasn't my third stop for the morning, trying to get breakfast, I would have left, but I was hungry, and I was left with no choice. I've never worked at mcdonald's before, but I'm pretty sure I could single handedly run the whole place by myself to do what little they had to do this morning with only 6 cars in the drive through. Shame on me for expecting more shame on me for thinking somebody would take pride in their job and try and give effort, I wish mcdonalds would do the World a favor and just go out of business, or I wish every taco bell would just start serving breakfast, so I would never have to come here, feel like I said, it's 430 in the morning and it was my third stop to try to find breakfast for the day. And after all that, I didn't get the hash brown that was supposed to be in my bag. How pathetic. I paid 7 dollars for a coffee and a bagel. Everyone who wants 15 dollars minimum wage should be smacked in the face.I...

So this was THE worst experience with a Mc Donald's in my 42 years of eating fast food. First the wait for my two value meals was over 25 minutes, just under a half hour. This made me late to my Dr appointment which was than rescheduled. At the 15 minutes mark I asked for my money back so I could leave, instead I was told they were going to hurry my order. Ten minutes later I get two cold, terribly constructed sandwiches, sauce all over everything, oh and some mushy fries. Also are cokes were only partially filled.

The manager, at least I assume that's what she was due to her ordering others around, was cussing and saying she doesn't give a ** and that nothing can be done, so they just gonna have to wait.

The whole process apparently happened due to three door dash orders at once. I got to see the orders since they were ahead of mine and none were big or anything crazy.

My Dr is off of 17, I live in Mishawaka, this was a 35 minute drive for me, which I now get to repeat due to me being late and having to reschedule.

Usually when you get fast food you figure 10-15 minutes if they are busy. There was just me and the three door dash orders.

Seriously avoid this place. Bathroom...
