7/28/25, 1:10pm Update, decided to give this location a try again. One car infront of me, they order and pull up. I go to order and am told just a moment. About five minutes pass and the attendant returns asking hiw may I help you or similar. I replied that I have two coupons (from mail ad). Immediately I'm told hold on a minute. Three minutes later I drove away without being able to order. I have not had any luck ordering from this location in the recent months I've tried. It does not seem that complicated, but apparently customer service no longer means what it did before Covid.
Update: After this review, the owners replied. I made contact. They seem to take this very serious which is reassuring. I've voluntarily changed the rating to 4 stars solely on the owner's interactions. Definitely worth trying again. I've not yet made it there again, but should soon.
Placed an order using drive through, one sandwich was supposed to be a beef and cheddar. Also asked for Arby's sauce. In place of the beef and cheddar, received a regular roast beef and no sauce. Simple order, but too much to ask for. Some issue has happened every time during the last three visits. Apparently napkins are no longer presented with drive through orders. I recommend Arby's, but not this one. I'm not sure if it's training...
Read moreIf this were the first time I had a bad experience here I wouldn’t say a word because sometimes, things happen. However, this place is going downhill quickly. Last time they forgot part of our order which we realized before leaving so it was corrected. This time though it was a simple order, a double roast beef add cheddar sauce & a medium curly fry. What I got was crinkle fries that are insanely old & cold, a roast beef, with a spot of cheddar sauce and then Arby’s sauce on it as well. I didn’t want a beef and cheddar but if it’s going to that at least put it on the beef and cheddar bun. This would have been enough on its own but then the fact that my being there definitely seemed like an inconvenience to the drive thru girl from the moment I pulled up and I hear “go ahead with your order and then she had to stop leaning on the counter to take my payment and again to give me my food. When it would of been so easy for you to be negative and unhappy and not give good customer service. But you prevailed knowing you were short staffed and the only ones working. THANK YOU!!!
Stopped in to have dinner with my mom we were the only ones in the dining rm. The drive thru seemed to be pretty consistent but we got our food in a decent amount of time. Our food was extremely hot and we had to wait for it to cool down before eating. This is a tough industry with no one wanting to work. But you ladies ROCKED it out tonight!! Keep doing what your doing!!...
