Arby's — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Completely butchered the order to the point that I'm concerned the employees might not know how to read. Ordered: 2 beef n cheddars, one without red ranch Mac n cheese bites Curly fries 2 cheese sauces Root beer Arby's sauce

Received: 2 ham n' cheese, both with red ranch sauce. The cheese was a slice instead of cheddar sauce, also had French fried onions. Lukewarm Mac n cheese bites and curly fries - both lukewarm and clearly sat for some length of time 2 cheese sauces - lukewarm Root beer No Arby's sauce

This is a gross mishap by employees that simply take no pride in their work and a company that doesn't care about their customers. You would honestly have to try hard to mess this order up as bad as it was. I wouldn't have fed the food that was delivered to us to a pet, let alone a human. It is unsafe to serve food, particularly meat, that has been sitting for hours and this food clearly was sitting for an extended period of time based not only on the temperature, but on freshness/quality, or lack thereof. Not only was the order completely incorrect, it had quite obviously been sitting for some length of time. In an era in which inflation is at a high, consumers pay the price of increased costs for decreased quality and service. This Arby's should be ashamed of even putting this...

Worst experience I have ever had with a fast food restaurant. I was overcharged and the manager Trish or Trisha ended up taking more money from me and she somehow thought she was right. The car before me had the same problem because I had to wait 5 minutes for that transaction to be made right. There were signs up everywhere stating “now hiring” and I can see why. They definitely need people with some or any kind of experience so maybe they can take care of their customers properly. I’ll never go back to this Arby’s ever again and I’ll warn all of my friends to steer clear. I have all the receipts she gave me and it’s obvious that she made a huge mistake. Don't bother with this Arby's. Waste of money. When you get meat slapped on a bun for a beef n cheddar thats wild like not even sauce??? Also fix your drive through speaker it sounds like someone is whispering at you. Also everything was burnt. Also the person taking orders in the drive through decides how long it should take you to order. Like 15$ for 2 sandwiches (not meals) just for me to not eat what I ordered because it's just meat and bun not even sauce and my wifes lettuce was blatantly old and stringy. The only positive was the fact that arbys made the fish sandwiches so good that even with not fresh lettuce she could eat hers. I want to clarify this wasn't due to the workers arbys just has...
