Bella’s Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Came here a few years ago and can’t help but write a review. My cousins and I came by to support this shop by buying their boba tea, but the taste was awful to be honest. It didn’t taste right and it tasted more like the cheap ones you buy in the store. Not only that but that boba (tapioca pearls) were very hard, it was hard to chew and it wasn’t the same texture of boba most stores have. It seems like they’ve stored it for a long time and that’s why it got so hard. When we asked for a refund, they gave us attitude and didn’t rerun every thing back, only half. Would like to say I’m never coming back here again, also there was a language barrier.
