GOT A CAKE MADE FOR MY NEPHEW ITS WAS AMAZING THE FIRST LADY WAS VERY THOROUGH ABOUT SIZING PRICING AND DETAILS. WHEN I CAME BACK FOR MY BIRTHDAY CAKE I SHOWED HER THE CAKE THAT I WANT AND SHE SAID SHE CAN MAKE IT. WE NEVER DISCUSSED SIZING. BUT WE DID DISCUSS THE WAY THE DECOR WAS SUPPOSE TO LOOK. AND IT DIDNT LOOK THAT WAY. SHE ARGUED WITH ME THAT SHE DID TELL ME THE SIZING AND SHE DIDNT. SO I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND SHE GAVE ME MY REFUND AND TOLD ME SHE CANT SERVICE ME MORE AS A CUSTOMER. WHICH IS RIDICULOUS BECAUSE SHE WAS THE ONE THAT MADE THE ERROR OF SIZING AND DECOR. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THEM SIMPLY BCUZ THEY DONT OFFER RESOLUTION & NOR TAKE OFFER-SHIP FOR THERE MISTAKES…. IN RESPONSE TO SARAH THERE WAS NEVER A MISUNDERSTANDING ABOUT PRICING, THE ISSUE WAS WITH LACK OF OWNERSHIP FOR DISCUSSING SIZING WITH THE CAKE. A DISPLAY IN THE WINDOW DOESNT LIST SIZING. Plus the decor for the cake changes prices along with size. So it was a cute response, BUT YOU STILL FAILED TO FULLY DO YOUR JOB AND WALK ME THROUGH THE PROCESS. And it’s okay to admit that. Mistakes are made in business you live and you learn. BUT ITS NOT OKAY TO REJECT CUSTOMERS DUE TO YOUR FAILURE & MISTAKES. And yes I found the perfect cake outside of your company it’s far more beautiful and the sizing...

They are getting a 1 but if I could give a 0 I would. I was Very disappointed. I, the maid of honor, set a appt 2 wks in advance for a wedding cake tasting. We specifically asked for orange cake!! We walked in and the establishment smelled like someones grandmas attic i.e stale. The woman, dont know her name, wasn't inviting, no welcome to Brenda's, nothing! She just said have a seat and all go get the samples. So I asked her was it the orange cake.... Lady - no. I didn't see that in the memo when I started baking, so I can give you vanilla and chocolate raspberry. And then she walked off. There was no Im sorry , or I got a cake baking it will be just a hint longer. She just disregarded us. She brought out this stale cake, didn't look freshly baked and walked off, yet again. The experience was so terrible the bride started crying, while sitting at the table. We informed her that we would be leaving and she rudely said "okay, that's fine" Her customer service was by far the worst, never would I recommend...

Never doing business here again! Very a shame tried to order gooey bars and I called and got a voicemail, so I left a voicemail and never heard anything back. Called again the next day and got put on hold for 7 mins then got hung up on again. So we went in and Brenda, such a lovely lady, said “oh I’m sorry I was in the back baking cakes, I’m just covered up with baking caked right now and I’m NOT making desserts at the moment.” Rudest business I’ve ever dealt with. We’ve been going to here for years so it’s a shame that we’re not going to do business here no matter how good the f-I gotta gooey bars are. Customer service is not even one star. She was really rude, too busy to answer the phone and tell us that she couldn’t make gooey bars, didn’t even say sorry when we went in to ask. Horrible business.
