I just moved to Indianapolis 2 weeks ago from Chicago where there are way more Mexican food places. I literally visited this place and I wish I could give it a ZERO RATING! Not only did the waitress treat me like a second-class citizen, in the 53 minutes it took to make my one torta (which generally are done in a jiffy) I watched as one of the waitresses handled food, plates, used plates, a filthy bar stool, cash (which has never in the history of humanity EVER BEEN CLEAN), chew her fingernails, sticky menu’s, and a touchscreen music jukebox without EVER WASHING HER HANDS EVEN ONCE!!!!! I DON’T recommend it. Yes, I am a bit upset because of the complete lack of cleanliness but also because the waitress treated me so poorly. I watched as she died attended Spanish-speaking customers first. The other thing is that I’ve been to “hole in the walls” many times in many cities like Chicago, Cincinnati, Bloomington & Springfield in Illinois and I’ve never seen so many rude vagrants which totally ruin the atmosphere. On top of that, I watched as I received - again ONE TORTA - much MUCH after exactly 6 customers whom I ordered before. I don’t give viewers like this lightly but I feel everyone...
Read moreTraveling through the city, we decided to have dinner here as it was close to the hotel we were staying at. The cleanliness of the place was pretty bad and the food tasted weird. We love Mexican food but this was definitely different. The communication was very difficult as the worker there did not speak a word of English and even asking was water and soda took us about 5 straight minutes, placing the order was awkward and a very lengthy process. We were charged around $20 more than what we had ordered and it was very disappointing that the young girl working there sneaked the extra amount in the bill by not letting us see check while rushing us to give the credit card. We had been driving for over 7 hours at this time and exhausted, but wish we had the energy to fight the over charge with the staff who did not understand a word of English. We are not sure if they were just making it difficult by pretending they dont understand us, or was that the truth, but either way we will not go there again and will advise travelers to stay away...
Read moreI go to this restaurant because it's closer to my place and that's easier but it's a mexcian restaurant.I've been there maybe four times altogether.I don't think they want anyone but mexican people eating at this place.I order and I don't sit down say here or to go she immediately says to go I'm like wow I guess so l feel uncomfortable to eat inside because they dont want me there. From my picture you can see what race I am.The food is decent and it's a small restaurant I usually get the horchata and steak Quesadillas plus you have to pay for every single topping separately so the steak Quesadillas only comes with steal cheese and the tortilla wrap they put it in.Prices are good in general itself that part. That's so wild I think no matter how convenient I will stop eating at a place that doesn't want anyone there that's...
