Burger King — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Under new RUDE management, ISABELLA (she said “don’t wear it out” when I asked her name to report to corporate) was very unprofessional and rude to me after she should have been more sensitive to me, she offered a refund in a rude way to me after I got irritated that I had to repeat my order FIVE TIMES. I didn’t even say anything disrespectful to her. She said the girl at the front don’t speak English good, why would you have someone working the front that can’t communicate properly? I have no issue with her not knowing the language but what I do have a issue with is the management being rude to me like I’m supposed to know their worker can’t understand me. I had a mobile order it was simple. I wanted a blue raspberry frosty and a slice of the Hershey pie that's pre-made. I get to the speaker they say they hand me my stuff. I get home. They gave me cotton candy. I thought it was an accident so I go back no biggie. They tell me at the speaker that they didn't have blue raspberry anymore so they gave me something else instead of telling me. Like why ?! This was the most unfriendly Burger King that I have ever been in in my life. I went there on Sunday night, May 5th, at around 9:30 or a little before. The woman was only concerned with the hours she was working and being called in and barely even acknowledge that I was there to take my order. She did not welcome me she did not make me feel good about being there, she simply took my order. When my order came up the yelled the number and walked away. I have never felt so unwelcome in all my life. please, fast food restaurants are cheap And on every street corner. Trust me, I will never go to a place that makes me feel like I am not valued because I can go across the street and be treated well. If you don't get the customer service part right, people will not come back. I know I wont. I saved the receipt in case Burger King wants to ask me the actual receipt number for training purposes.
