Starbucks — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I would rate this place with five stars however my multiple interactions with an employee of theirs I believe her name is Lydia have made my review sour for this place. Can you please do something about her?! I've made multiple complaints to the management of this location however it appears nothing has been done. I have watched her talked down to, belittle & berate other employees out loud. I have witnessed her talking negatively about other Starbucks employees. for example I order a drink that I have ordered at Starbucks across the United States the same way every single time me tells me I'm wrong corrects/chastises, and this is how I need to order it she makes the drink how she wants to and not how I've ordered it and it's always wrong and I have to have someone else remake it. She does not acknowledge, welcome, or at least say have a good day when you leave. If I order a drink she won't even look me in my face. she's been rude on multiple accounts. not that I matter because of being a Starbucks gold member but I visit this place almost on a daily basis and the entire staff minus 1 is incredible. Zach is the one who won my business. My interactions with him, how pleasant he is, how knowledgeable he is and how he genuinely made me feel welcomed made my experience with this Starbucks more than exceptional. I rate zach, Nikki, Lawrence, Alex, Erica and several others with an outstanding 5 stars + . I pass 5 Starbucks locations to come to this one because of my experience with all but one of the staff. I would highly recommend you visiting this Starbucks but if Lydia is here turn around and leave. I'm serious run don't walk...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered a venti iced matcha latte with sweet cream. When I received my drink through the drive threw it looked like I had ordered a venti milk. It did not look green at all. I tasted my drink and it tasted like milk and cream. I even looked at the bottom of the cup to see if maybe they just didn’t stir it enough. There was no matcha at the bottom. Mind you, I just payed almost 8 dollars for this drink. I then went inside and gave the cashier my drink and there was a Hispanic gentleman that was making the drinks for the drive threw. He stated that they we’re running low on matcha and he had to make it stretch and that’s why my drink looked like that. You have to be kidding me right…? He explained there is a shortage of matcha at all locations and that some locations are completely out of matcha. He also stated that’s why my drink looked the way it did because he shortened the recipe for matcha powder in my order. This is ridiculous and horrible customer service at that. I will never be returning to this location. If you were running low or out of a product, that should be announced at the speaker when the customer is ordering their drink or food item. New Starbucks, not in Target It has been awhile where the name and Pride of Starbucks is shown by the directed thought of detail to the art on th wall which shows different types of coffee without a printed word Starbucks carries. This Starbucks has a double door, which helps keep the temperature constant. It's Usual treat to have so much seating, 6 different kinds of seating. This Starbucks can seat over 60 people! The drinkware and packaged coffee are there in a tasteful there, but not in the way. The track lighting provides the perfect lighting while keeping the mood soft and calm. Easy listening music plays in the background low enough to have conversations over it with ease. The Starbucks staff goes ubove and beyond here. The Starbucks staff knows me by name, greets me with a smile, and knows my drink without the use of the computer, this is a very cool thing. This is the only Starbucks in this area that has comfortable seating to the side by the window. Even the electrical outlets have usb ports to charge directly. I come here to relax and enjoy my coffee drink which is made to perfection. When I leave, I think to myself, When can I come to this Starbucks location for the perfect...
