Taco Bell — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Every fricking time I order around midnight once I get off work they pick and choose which days they feel like being able to accept my mobile order. Considering that my refund don’t come back till the morning I no longer get dinner to eat. Legit stated they are open until 2 am every day. I don’t understand why they pick and choose the days to be able to serve past midnight. Also a lot of the workers are just standing outside not doing a fricking anything. Oh and not to mention when they do finally accept my after midnight, they tell me it’ll be a wait, even tho I already ordered 20 mins ahead of time. After having to wait they still do not bring the food out to you and you have to then go into the lobby (which is supposed to be closed by 10 but the workers wanna use that door to go out and smoke infront of) had to wait numerous times above 15-20 mins. Had to go inside to then make sure they was going to make my food which then makes me wait another 10 mins. All in total should not take an hour to get me my food that I had ordered ahead of time. Please get yall...

WOWWWWWWW. It's 4:45 am. My husband and I just got off work (both in from out of town, industrial electricians) so we stopped here to grab "dinner" after our 10 hour shift in the cold working our tails off. Went through the drive thru. Dude had a whole attitude and sounded like he was asleep. Said they were doing doordash only with zero pleasantries, just rude as can be. So we parked and ordered. That already sucked but whatever. I think the whole "door dash only" thing when you're open 24 hours is pretty ridiculous. Well, we go back through the drive thru once we got the notification it was ready and tell him we had an order to pick up. As rude of a tone you can muster up in your head he says, "pull around to the door so they can bring it to you." Oh. Ok. Got it. Rude. Obviously we are already pretty irritated. 7 minutes later dude comes out with the food and the only thing he said to us was, "you got another cigarette?" Mine and my husband's jaw drops and my husband just said no, grabbed the food, and rolled up the window. What is wrong...

Came late at night, we asked them to make an order after hearing the price was over what we had we asked them to remove it, they refused. Threw a temper tantrum and degraded us for not having enough money, then they finally removed it in check out lowering the price,when my card only took some of the money, unknown why, and I checked the card, there was a hold for another bill I didn't realize. Anyway they threw a fit, refused to refund or even give us part of our order, filing a complaint with corporate, not to mention the individuals verbally degraded us which I did catch on recording after they kept it up. I filed a dispute with my bank and I will never again go to this taco bell. Because on top of their hours being incorrectly labeled as 24 hours for lobby, drive through and done in, staff don't acknowledge that, then to be told how stupid we are for an order exceeding out balance when the screen didn't show it. And to be mocked and refused both food and service....
