Butler's Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I have a friend that always talk about Butler's pizza. So today I finally go to get this all meat personal pizza. I get to the register (first time) I say to the young lady " I would like that PERSONAL all meat pizza." Her response is "Oh, the ten inch." I say yes assuming (because she didn't mention it) that maybe the seven inch is a lunchtime thing. Then as I'm waiting on my order I see people picking up the seven inch that wasn't offered to me. So, I mention my feelings on this to the older lady (which later found out is the mother of the owner smh) and her response was "she suppose to be up selling." She blew my mind with that because she didn't up sell me, she withheld information to get me to spend more money. Then the older lady continued by saying "Everybody think our ten inch is our personal........NOW WE KNOW WHY PEOPLE THINK THAT WAY!!!!! Pizza good, but don't get fooled with that HORRIBLE customer service because she will not walk a NEW customer through your order. #ifeeltrickedanddontlikeit...

Was charged twice because their system device wasn’t showing”approved” on their end. Long story short they had an elder lady “void” a ticket which doesn’t cancel the transaction it just voids the kitchen from making two orders I showed them where they charged me twice.
