Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Indianapolis

This Traders Point location used to be my favorite. Now that they are under new ownership, it hasn’t been the same. I visited this location a few months ago and had TERRIBLE customer service. Everyone was rude and I felt discriminated against from the time I walked in until the time I left. They also made me feel very unwelcome. I decided to try them again today bc it was close and i was hoping my experience would be different. Sad to say, it wasn’t any different and I will NEVER support this...

Over it. On more than one occasion I have seen the one lady who is always there (want to say her name is yiping?) Be rude towards customers, intentionally get orders wrong, then over charge without offering to correct it. Sometimes I send one of my friends in to get our order while we are finishing up at monacles across the way. Every time Ive ever sent my friend who is mixed over there, she's over charged and our order is wrong, which to me, is concerning. Will never be back to...

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I came to coldstone at 11:55 waiting for the doors to open. When it was 12 the doors still weren't open. So in my head I was like okay maybe in 5 minutes. 12:05 and still closed. It became 12:10 and it still wasn't open. I am tired of waiting for the doors to open and there were workers inside who just didn't feel like opening the doors. I was hoping to get some icecream but guess I'm never coming...
