To answer the below, I didnāt think a customer would need to explain how value works. Of course I would ask two or three times. Iām seeing if you know your own value to your work. When you say case by case, add a number to it. āOh pc part broken, we would charge you for that as well as a labor fee that ranges up to $100ā.
I asked for a range and situation, and you kept saying case by case. Own up to your statement and give me values, how else can the customer get a read on what youāre worth?
Itās weird you have some ego attached to this interaction when Iām the one left a little bit speechless that a service canāt even give a range of what theyāre worth. Amazed when you failed to do so three times when I gave more specific isolated scenarios. Iām the one working to find this ācase by caseā argument you lean on. Iām baffled you couldnāt even say, āup to $2000ā. I was given the impression of a lazy incompetent worker that I didnāt even need to explain how perceived value works.
