Nah. Rude caller. What’s his problem getting mad with his tone? The question I asked was legitimate and he couldn’t even come up with a range. Terrible call service.

To answer the below, I didn’t think a customer would need to explain how value works. Of course I would ask two or three times. I’m seeing if you know your own value to your work. When you say case by case, add a number to it. “Oh pc part broken, we would charge you for that as well as a labor fee that ranges up to $100”.

I asked for a range and situation, and you kept saying case by case. Own up to your statement and give me values, how else can the customer get a read on what you’re worth?

It’s weird you have some ego attached to this interaction when I’m the one left a little bit speechless that a service can’t even give a range of what they’re worth. Amazed when you failed to do so three times when I gave more specific isolated scenarios. I’m the one working to find this “case by case” argument you lean on. I’m baffled you couldn’t even say, “up to $2000”. I was given the impression of a lazy incompetent worker that I didn’t even need to explain how perceived value works.

I had an issue with my computer connecting to the internet, I mean it just stopped working while I was doing my school work. Now those of u who take online classes know that all assignments for that week are due Sunday by 1159pm, and I was in the final hour…u talk about someone sweating!! Thank goodness for OneDrive because I was able to log into my other laptop via this program and obtain the assignments I was working on and submit them at 1158 pm!! It kept giving me a message about my drive not being detected…well, what does that mean?? I don’t know…I’m a nurse..medical I know…technology…NOT!! I called this establishment as soon as I got off of work on Monday to inquire on the matter. I chose this business because it was the first one I came upon on the google search engine…I informed of the situation and he said yes of course, I can take a look at it and preceded to give me directions to his office…10 minutes later I walked in the office of course in a frenzy because my whole educational life is on this laptop!! He took all of 7 minutes to fix it!! When I tell u that if I could have hugged him(u know Covid) I would have, I almost cried tears!! He did not try to break my bank either with the repair costs. I truly appreciate him taking the time to correct this matter for me because all I continued to think about was all the work I was...
