Tonight, we took our family to the Fountain Square Dairy Queen, this is almost a daily occurrence during the summer. We arrived at the drive thru at 8:50 pm and as usual we saw a long line at the window and in drive thru. As we waited, we noticed others walking up to your shop, all the lights where on and people were placing orders. At 9:13 p when we got to the speaker box to place our ordered, we were rudely told that âWe are Closedâ. I asked why we were made to wait in line for 20 mins instead of just being told that you were closed, your employee responded, âbecause I am busy making orderedâ Frustrated I asked why the car in front of ours order was taken after the 9pm? The response was âI donât know, I was making ordersâ then he went on to say, that he didnât even know I was there until he saw my car when he came out to give another customer something. That was before the car in front of me had their ordered taken. I suggested maybe turning the lights off on the board might be a good idea. At this point your employee dropped the F bomb three times twice directed at me personally. He also told me to get the h&ll out of here and he didnât give S*it. As he was yelling at me another employee of yours walked up to the back door, she heard him through the speakers made eye contact with us and then entered your shop.
After we spent the next 20 mins explaining to our family that the words they heard and the way we were treated is not how anyone should be spoken to or treated. We have decided to take your employees advice when he told me to âget the H^ll out of hereâ we will be doing that and taking our business to the other ice cream shop in Fountain Square. WARNING to other parents or anyone that likes to be given common respect, I suggest staying away from the Fountain Square...

We went through the drive thru with our 3 children and the woman that answered us was rude from the start as if she was aggravated we pulled up. We ordered 1 small root beer float and 3 small cherry chip blizzards for our kids. We pulled up and this woman looked so hateful no hello, no smile, nothing, and hands us 1 root beer float and 1 blizzard. I said oh we ordered 3 we need 2 more please and she said no you didn't you ordered 1! I said um nope we actually ordered 3 for our kids, I said but its not a problem, we'll pay for them if there was a misunderstanding and we weren't charged. She then got mad and said I'll charge you for 2 more but I still heard you say 1 you didn't order 3 and she had the most nasty look on her face and continued to argue with us. We were literally in shock this woman was so rude and hateful and was so mean and continued to argue with us. We didn't understand what the problem was. Then as they were making the additional 2, one of my kids said mommy I heard you say 3, they were also confused to this rude behavior. This horrible woman then opens the window basically throws the 2 blizzards at us and slams the windows in our face. This dairy queen needs to be investigated as this was completely uncalled for and made us feel very uncomfortable. Also just read MANY other reviews complaining of the same thing with similar experiences so this needs to be taken more seriously! Worst...
   Read moreAbsolutely terrible. I placed a mobile order for a ice cream cake. When I got there. They let me know that they had no ice cream cakes left. I asked them how to get my money back. They said they were completely unsure as they shut the window. I had to stay there in the cold and look it up on Google how to cancel an online order at dairy queen. It told me to have her hit cancel. But I noticed that she had already hit completed, even though I hadn't received anything. I was worried from that moment on. Even though she said after a few clicks that she hit cancel, I Add no way to see that for myself. It was too late to call customer service. So I started calling the very next day. A week later, I'm here calling customer service AGAIN. Trying to figure out where my FN refund is... Worst mobile experience ever!!! Update: 11-22-23 STILL WAITING FOR REFUND.
