Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Do not go here! The first time I went here they messed up my pizza. They gave me a credit and I went back the second time. This is where the issue was. My boyfriend went to pick them up from the store and a guy comes in right behind him with a few pizzas. Went to the front and was mad because Dominos handed him my order. The guy had my pizzas and left the store. The employee told my boyfriend "he only had them for a few minutes" they seriously wanted us to take the pizzas that left the store in someone else's hands went to their car. Opened and looked did who knows what with them. In what world is this acceptable? They seriously gave my boyfriend these pizzas. When he arrived home they went straight in the trash! I left a complaint on the corporate website and heard NOTHING from them. I do not want to talk to the store because the employees there are truly incompetent. Do not go here. You're in risk of getting food that was passed to someone else, then...

So it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. I ordered online for a 615 pick up....I get the message at 605 from the Domino's app that "your order is ready for pick up". I go in and give my name, they tell me its not ready...no big deal. I wait 10 more minutes and they give me an order that wasn't mine. They spend ten more minutes trying to figure out what's going on... And they continuously asked me if I went to the wrong store, or if I had someone pick it up already. The workers were being very nice about it. And I appreciate their help. Come to find out the delivery driver took it for no Reason. So I waited another fifteen minutes to get my food. About the only thing I would really expect would be maybe a free two liter or a discount or some bread sticks or something for the mistake. Not even a mention. It's just good business. Haven't had Domino's since the 90's because the quality just got bad. Was excited to get a new pizza option in Franklin Township. Gave them a shot and got a couple carry-out pizzas. They place was clean and the staff was friendly. However the pizza was absolutely disgusting. Got a pan pizza and threw it out after 2 pieces. I don't know how else to describe it other than soggy, even though it wasn't watered down. The cheese topping was just weird and horrible, and just tasted soggy. What a let down. I was hoping for better. Will not be eating there again. 1 star for the food, 5 stars for the staff. But, cannot give higher than 1 star for the review because the food...
