Dragon House — Restaurant in Indianapolis

First time eating Dragon House today;

We just moved into the area and scouted this to try as our new Go To Chinese place.

Very good. We had quite a bit of a wait, but that really is due to the high demand of take out food as of late, due to COVID-19 reaching its “let me out” phase. We had tried ordering the night previous, and was advised it would be over an hour due to a high volume of orders, so I decided to wait until today and get in early before the dinner rush really hit.

Absolutely worth the wait. The food wasn’t rushed in preparation at all. I got the cashew chicken no onions no peppers, and my husband got the pork lo mien, same way. We got an order of fried dumplings to split.

We have so much food left over, it will definitely be coming with me to work for lunch, and I am more that satisfied.

Can’t wait to try again, and I’ll update...

It's a typical Chinese food restaurant, from what we saw. The food was good. The service was very nice. And they were very prompt about having our food ready when they said they would. Especially if you have family or friends at the hospital, St. Vincent's, like we did, this is a great place to grab some quick, yummy, hot food. You can find in if you choose to as well. Parking can be a little difficult sometimes, so you may have to walk a little bit. There are 30 min parking spots in front though for pickup. We really enjoyed the steamed dumplings, noodles, crab Rangoon, rice, and spring rolls. Like I said before, whatever Chinese food you enjoy at other restaurants, you'll enjoy it here too....

Although The place looks good they completely mislead the costumer. They show on the website a menu with 2 different size and even outside the door, but when you go to eat there, the menu only offers the expensive size. I only ordered a soda before reading the menu and since I don't eat that much I asked the lady for a small size but she reply in a bad mood that it was only offered for to go which was not specify anywhere. i did not like the treatment And how they advertise the food so I want it to pay the soda and live and she said I had to pay only in cash with a very bad attitud. I left that place so think if you want...
