Customer service is subpar at best. Came into the store around 7 pm on July 2nd. Two employees working in store one sitting at the cash register and other sitting at brow counter. Store was not busy at all. I requested to smell a fragrance with intent to buy. The associate at the cash register did not have keys and stated she would send someone over. Mind you the associate at the brow counter did not have a customer. I waited in the perfume area for 15 plus minutesā¦.I eventually walked back to front to request assistance again the associate at brow counter states she is now with a customerā¦.okay I am confused š¤ you did not have a customer when I initially requested assistance so why did you not assist me at that point? The associate seated at the brow counter stated āsomeoneā was in the bathroom and she would help me when she came outā¦she apparently had been in the bathroom for the last 20 minutes. Iām good š©ā¦TMI. I walked out. Why is this so difficult? First of all if you are locking up testers ensure everyone has keys. Customers should not have to wait 20 minutes for access to a tester. Ulta is becoming Walmart/ishā¦.well this location anyway. Went up the street and make my purchase at the other location. 2 stars as the lady at the cash register...

Made a return today and the man that checked me out scoffed when I said I didn't think the product was under my account and said he could not do the return if it wasn't even though I had an order number. Per other reviews, not sure why customer service needs to be so bad. Train staff better.
Update: went in to give it another chance and it's worse than before. No product is placed where it should be so nothing was where the correct price tag should be. One girl was working the counter while all of the other staff stood around on their phones, and behind the counter was such a mess she couldn't find the free gift I should have received but didn't. I guess Ulta is just going to rely on online orders from now on to keep...

I actually needed help but the fact they just seemed occupied and uninterested and in their own convo was why I just grabbed only one item I found and left. And yeah this happened 01/06. I wonāt be back unless i absolutely have to go to this location. It seems they need all new staff based on my review being the newest and the others being from a year ago and still have not changed their customer service. I rather not the robotic reply unless corporate intends to do something about this location. Because truthfully replying without correction is still piss poor...
