The atmosphere was very nice. The interior decor is so pretty and almost everyone was nice. My husband and I ordered 2 veg ramen. And bobba teas and a sakura jelly desert. It was pretty good compared to other veg ramens we have had in the past.
The only issue we faced was there was that we wanted to cancel our desert (a pre-made Sakura jelly) its not like they made it fresh for us. These are pre-made jellies I specifically asked to make sure. If it was made just for us I said no problem I understand. But they refused to cancel it. Almost everyone was nice except for one lady. She was the one who refused to cancel the Sakura jelly despite it not having come out yet. I understand desert comes at the end. And i understand if we cancelled it close to us being done with our ramen. But I was trying to cancel it just 10 min into us receiving our ramen.
It felt very petty to be that stubborn over a 4 $ desert after we spent so much. Our main waitress and another waiter was sweet and we still left a tip but that one lady made the experience leave a bad taste after everything.
Food quantity is awesome and worth it. And everyone else was...
Read moreEdit: After 4 hours, spouce and I are sick from the food and very nauseous, we are never coming back, I would avoid this place. So finally tried out this place after seeing it on TicTok, and the hype was not warranted at all. We had the Honeycomb B platter and the YingYang Ramen, and both were such dissapointments. The popcorn chicken had such a weird taste and gummy texture inside, the tofu I even questioned if it was tofu, the rest of the honey comb was okay, and looking back, the best part of the meal.
The miso portion of the YingYang Ramen was better just by a small margin, but both broths failed my golden rule of finishing it all when it's good. The toppings were kinda lackluster, the pork wasn't even blow torched and just tasted bland, and the tonkotsu for me only tasted of pepper and nothing else.
It really felt like I paid for the atmosphere of the place and that was it, the food was such a flop that I'm reconsidering even coming back. Maybe there is something else on the menu that will be tasty but I'm very skeptical now, which is sad because I really wanted to...
Read moreThis place is known for the cool honeycombs vibe and atmosphere, which is great, but it’s all they really have. They have private rooms on the side and cool booths for bigger parties and a gorgeous layout/atmosphere. We ordered the sweet chili wings, spicy chili dumplings, and honeycomb platter A. The wings smelled weird and off putting and were only 2 inches long - the smallest wings I’ve ever seen- but tasted good. The dumplings were great, I just wish they had a crispy sear to them rather than the boiled taste. The honeycomb platter wasn’t much better however. The tempura, egg, and edamame were all pretty good, but the eel, lobster salad ball, and scallops were unfavorable. I hope they change the menu in the future to offering 1 honeycomb platter with your choice of 5 options, rather than 2 separate pre-set platters. As for ramen, we got the yin-yang bowl and the Tokyo tonkotsu shouyu. Unfortunately they all had that same weird lingering smell to them and the broth on each one of these tasted awful or bland. Super sad this ramen and experience wasn’t better because...
