It’s a nice store, when it’s open. The store seems to be closed more often than not. I’ve made 4 trips to the store over the past couple months and they were open once. The store manager seems to take a “extended lunch break” at peak times during the week notably when people get off work. But I went there literally the other day in the morning a little after 11:00 and they weren’t open yet. So I ran some errands and swung back around 12:30 and they still weren’t open even though posted hours show store opens at 11:00. This is just half the issue for me as the store manager himself, even though very knowledgeable, is not very good at talking to people. He can come off very condescending to you especially if you don’t know the hobby inside and out. I took my friend there for the first time because I just got him into the hobby. My friend made small talk with the manager telling him he bought a bunch of old models and a few 3D printed stuff off of eBay, and the manager just told him how he really shouldn’t do that and needs to buy GW brand new stuff. I understand you work for this company and you need to sell but you don’t tell someone their models aren’t good just because they got them somewhere else. Saying something like “oh you play Imperial Guard, can I interest you in getting their brand new codex or the combat patrol”, this is way more professional, we all enjoy the hobby differently so don’t tell someone not to do something. Needless to say I can’t rely on this store to even buy paint because they’re never open, and I’ll be taking my business to other local...
Read moreI have been in twice, and both times I was blown away by the level of service the manager here brings to the table. I know virtually nothing about Warhammer 40k and have been very curious about it, so I walked into the store, and he had the patience to answer all of questions with the utmost professionalism.
The second time I came in I had even more questions. We sat down and he showed me how to paint a model and how to pick out a custom color scheme. It was really an interesting process and he was clearly excited about demonstrating it. While I was there, several other customers came in and his enthusiasm in helping everyone was very refreshing.
Lastly, he did not attempt to upsell me on anything that you wouldn't need. He listened, he made suggestions, but he never tried to make you get a bunch of things you weren't interested in and wanted to make sure you didn't regret anything you would purchase. I got the impression that comfort was the name of the game.

Read moreDont bother trying to visit this location. Save your time and money. I have tried on three seperate occasions over the past couple of months to stop in. Games workshop offers a monthly free mini promotion. I thought I would snag a mini and pick up some things I might not be able to find at other hobbie stores. Sadly it seems this store is never actually open when the posted hours say it is. Whoever works here apparantly only opens the doors if and when they feel like it. I have yet to see it open and perhaps never will. I drove an hour out of my way three seperate times to try to visit this store. After arrival and finding the doors barred closed i waited 30 minutes and then wasted time in the area running errands to see if by chance they may have stepped out and over the span of 4 hours each time the doors never opened. I ended up spending my money down the street. I will not try to visit this...
