Gaia is the place to go for excellent service, a cozy atmosphere, fantastic locally roasted coffee, custom-made syrups, bakery goodies, smoothies, and other foods--all made in-store. The cafe also features eclectic art, crafts, and plants for sale.
I've been going to this location for about 10-15 years, from when it was Bee Coffee to now Gaia Cafe. As a local coffee-lover, I firmly believe this is one of the best cafes in town, consistently offering unpretentious yet stellar coffee and service.

That being said, apparently the shop is under new management as of a few weeks ago and the new management is riding the old owner’s 4.9 star rating.
The menus posted are not accurate. They don’t have the specialty drinks, no breakfast sandwiches, and most of the food looks to be premade, not fresh baked.
My americano was under-extracted, sour, and orange colored. My wife’s matcha which she wanted unsweetened was very sweet.
