If I could give negative stars I would. 2 workers neither changing gloves after touching the cash register, one had to be told by a customer to change his gloves, the other I witnessed handle cookies with no gloves and bag them for a order. The food area was a mess, I watched 3 people that came in after me be served before my food (2 six inch subs) were done. Read moreI never leave negative reviews but I ordered in the app and was there 15 minutes before my pickup time and I already paid and they refused to give me my order because they said they closed early. There were multiple people there and they told me they didn’t have to fix the app times or refund me and wouldn’t give me their names or the number of their manager to get a refund and were extremely rude about it. Read moreMade online orders, got there and they were shut because they were overwhelmed with orders. They couldn't find parts of my order. I showed them my online order in person. All they could say was "subway will refund you" "go to another subway" Then we had the person write it on paper with his name, the order number, date and store and all he wrote was "this customer did not receive their order" nothing else. Then we demanded he write his name and the order number and he went back in and magically found the order. When we left, the guy slammed the door on us after handing the order over.
