Terrible service! No smile no friendliness, came here and planned to buy their signature drinks, since we have dairy allergies, we kindly ask if it is possible to make the sago drinks with non dairy milk. She rejects us by saying it will ruin the recipe without any explanation to why they can't make it without whole milk. Just saying, if the customer is willing to risk the "taste", might as well just make it. UNLESS, the method of cooking the sago (for example) already with whole milk, then we understand on why it is impossible to change the so called "recipe". And there was no alternative or anything she could offer to us, i don't mind buying other drinks, but the service of not greeting customers (mind you it wasn't many people there, but still a simple "hi" or smile wouldn't hurt, not just frowning at customers). I don't have problem in other branch, just this one puts me off. Never gonna come...

Yum! I put a straw in the bear bottle but it's too short to catch the boba so I don't think they're supposed to be used with a straw. To get a bear bottle you have to order an original drink and then write in the instructions to make the drink in the bear bottle. The seating area has nice comfy chairs and fun games available to play with! They also had mochi donuts!!! They were very good but pretty small compared to other mochi donuts I've had at 7/11 in Hawaii! My taro mochi donut only had a little bit of sprinkles on half of the donut... but it was still yummy! The place is also nice to take pictures in! I ordered from the screen and the order was ready...

Just took the family out to the grand opening and it was amazing! The owner and staff are super helpful and friendly. The kids ordered rose milk tea, daddy ordered matcha milk tea, and I ordered an Avocado Pomelo Mango Sugo drink. That was absolutely phenomenal!!!! We also ordered some mochi doughnuts: matcha, ube, taro, and black sesame. I loved them all! I have been looking for mochi doughnuts in Indy for years and I can't express how deeply satisfying those were. I nearly slid out of my chair to be honest, lol.

Last thought: run, don't walk here and get some fresh mochi...
