Over the past 3 months, I've patronized Reis Nichols no less than a dozen times, often for no reason other than to hang out, talk watches, and learn about jewelry. Credit to the entire team for creating such an environment that invites you to look around, ask questions, and explore every offering available; all with the undivided attention of an associate, and zero pressure to make a purchase.
On a recent trip to the shop, not realizing Aaron was on vacation, I sent him a text stating I'd be in to purchase a watch that afternoon. Within minutes, he replied that he was on vacation but had already called the store to have the watch set aside and waiting for me when I arrived. When I arrived, Zene took care of me and the entire process was flawless! Just one great example of the type of white glove service you receive from these fine people.
Perhaps the best experience has been Aaron's guidance on jewelry purchases for my wife. Being a WIS, it's quite easy to pick a watch for myself and get into the nerdy horological discussions about timepieces. But when it comes to picking out a piece of jewelry for my wife, I'm a bit out of my element. On two separate occasions Aaron has help me hit a home run with a couple David Yurman pieces that my wife absolutely adores. I can't thank him enough for his patience, expertise, and attention to detail. Looking forward to many more experiences like these.
All in all, Reis Nichols is the best there is. If you want professionalism, excellence, and quality, look no further!
UPDATE 10/12/21: Got the call from Aaron that my gorgeous new Rolex YM40 Rhodium/Slate had arrived and was waiting for me at the store! It was his day off, but he knew how excited I would be and had everything taken care of before reaching out to me. I arrived at the store after work and Josh was there waiting for me to take delivery of this gorgeous timepiece. Just like any other visit, the staff and experience was just phenomenal. I've been a customer of RN since 2007 for a reason!!

I visited multiple locations, but each one left me with a negative impression. Some were rude, others rushed me, and one even made me take a deposit for a ring that wasn't in the store yet, promising to "get the diamond here" and asking for trust. When I returned the next week to check on the progress, the diamond still wasn't there. When I requested my deposit back due to discomfort, they suggested a different, supposedly prettier diamond instead. Frustrated, I was on the verge of settling for whatever ring I could find at the nearest Costco. That's when I noticed Reis Nichols across the street and thought, "One more place wouldn't hurt."    Read moreNot gonna lie, I was a little intimidated coming into this place. It was my first trip to a "big boy" jewelry store. Then Nadia came to help me and all my apprehension went away. I could talk all day about the great products and other product-related services they provide, but I want to focus on the person-person interactions instead. Everybody there was extremely helpful and polite, but Nadia was definitely the shining gem. She was super friendly and helpful, patiently answering all my questions and even staying past her knock-off time to ensure that I was taken care of. She provided a level of help and service I would be hard pressed to find anywhere else, with an amazing attention to detail. We even got good restaurant recommendations from her!
But back to Reis-Nichols. You would think once I walked in, conducted my business and left, that would be the end of it. Nope. They took note of my preferences and invited me to a showing when a piece that they thought would pique my interest got brought in. They contacted me on their own to keep me updated about the services I was using. No chasing, no worries on my part at all.
