I must confess third visit is the best. Luis is an amazing manager and makes Terra Gaucha stand out. He was able to make me come back to a restaurant that I had stated I will never come back to. When I returned on May 31st to redo my mother’s Mother Day gift due to her loving Terra Gaucha and too was disappointed at the temperature of the food the last time. I was impressed at the hot food coming out and it was well seasoned this time. The hospitality I received made me feel like I was Oprah and that was the first time I felt like Fogo De Chao watch out it’s a new Brazilian restaurant competitor! I did not say I like Fogo better because of being a loyal customer what made Fogo stand out was the hospitality and the quality of their food seasoned and hot. That’s what you should expect when you spend any amount of money. This is long overdue but I always say better late than never. But on a serious note I should have made this review immediately on May 31st, 2025. The brunch is the best option for my mother and I enjoyed my day with my mother and the lavender lemonade was AMAZING and save you the trouble on asking, the lavender flower that you will receive in the drink is edible. Thank you for the Happy Mother’s Day written on the dessert plate very unexpected and was very thoughtful and rememberable. I recommend this next level Brazilian restaurant. Keep it up Terra Gaucha I will definitely be returning as a regular customer for sure. My mother was sold once they had seafood part of your buffet so please don’t lose that feature. Please keep up the outstanding service hot, seasoned food, and of course a manger that knows how to treat customers. What makes a business is the employees. Luis definitely makes Terra Gaucha stand out and he represented the company well and made me able to vision what Terra Gaucha was meant to be and not be defined by one bad day with a chicken wrapped bacon. So, cudos to you Luis!!!!!! Thank you I saw Terra Gaucha in a new light. I am glad you know your calling as a manager definitely well deserving position for you!!!!!!

Tonight, we had the pleasure of dining at Terra Gaucha, and it was a memorable experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted with warmth and friendliness by the staff. Our waiter, CJ, was professional and attentive, and the manager, Reynaldo, made sure we felt well taken care of throughout the evening.

We were escorted to our table where the chairs were pulled out for us, and the staff kindly offered to store our jackets. CJ quickly took our drink orders, and a mobile cart soon arrived offering a range of liquors for on-the-rocks pours or shots. It was a great touch that set the tone for the evening.

The salad bar was an absolute highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh, crisp options that paired wonderfully with the meats to come. The quality of the meats was exceptional, with various cuts continuously brought to our table. Throughout the night, we were asked if we needed fresh plates, ensuring the experience was as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
