My first Thai food experience. Haven't tasted the food yet. I live across the street. I did not feel welcome here. Great way to treat your neighbor. I came in 1/2 hour before closing more than enough time to make anything but was rushed to choose a dish. I asked if the chicken could not be cooked to a crisp and was told no. But if I want my food to be cooked a certain way are you telling me you will purposely make my food not edible and expect me to pay for it.

I asked about dimsum by mistake but I meant Thai dumpling. Instead of making a suggestion she just said no and walked off and pretty much left me to order by myself. She knew she had never saw me there before, why not ask if it's my first time or if I needed help. Just very cold and dismissve. She really did not want me there. I should not have spent my money there but I like knowing that they actually need my money to stay open even if she hates the sight of me.

One thing I noticed is she wouldn't allow me to order the dumplings but she allowed the women in the corner to keep talking and didn't ask them to leave even though she told me they were closed at 20 minutes until 9 and I couldn't order the dumplings. She turned down my money she dislikes me so much.

I think I found my new favorite ...

My husband and I placed a to go order and we then waited in our car for it. While waiting, I had to use the restroom. I went into the restaurant and told them we were waiting for our order and that I was going to use the restroom. I did so and then proceeded to go back to the car. My husband went back in to get the food and it wasn’t there. The woman said someone already took the order. Next thing I know one of the men that works there came out and was trying to look into our car to see if the food was in there. He asked me to roll down the window and then proceeded to tell me that he saw me take the bag of food. I told him no, I did not that I just used the restroom. He told me that wasn’t true. I told him to look in my car if he didn’t believe me. My husband then came outside with the bag of food and the man went back in and was shaking his head. It was insulting to be accused of stealing $25 worth of food. We order from Jasmine Thai multiple times a month. Sadly, we will never...

Worst experience i have ever had. If you are from Asian origin you are treated badly here. The server Linna was very rude. We went for lunch and as we were hungry and we did not order any drinks. That's it, the lady Linna thought we were not going to order much items and they are not going to make much money. The way she was treating other non asian customer was totally different then what we received. Also even we were having our food, Linna directly gave us the check without asking us if we want desert or not.

I have been a Thai food fan since last 3 yrs, in Dallas & Charlotte. But the taste in this restaurant is no where near to what i had at other places but it seems Carmel & Fisher area does not have much choice when it comes to Thai food. The owner of the restaurant needs to train all the serving person on treating all customer without any discrimination inspite of...

Best Thai food I've had other than in Thailand. My family meets there for any/all occasions and always has a great meal and a wonderful time. Service is friendly and even though we come infrequently due to it being an hour away, the staff remembers us well. Last time I was in one of the waitresses asked about my dad and I didn’t have the heart to tell her he had passed away but the fact she thought to ask meant the world. Our favorites: * Red Curry Duck * Drunken Noodles * Thai Dumplings * Sweet and Sour Beef * Thai Fried Rice

Since new ownership, it’s really gone down hill. The Pad Thai was good this time. Last time it tasted like spaghetti noodles with crunchy peanut butter. The salad was 3 small bites. The soup (Tom Yum) was just lemon grass broth. No mushrooms. Just a semi warm styrofoam bowl of lemon grass. I wish they didn’t get rid of the coconut rice either. That was so good! I miss the old owners and workers. I need to find where they moved too. They were a lot nicer too. Pic are exactly what food looked like when I got it.
