The staff here was SO RUDE!!! My husband and I decided to stop in for lunch. I have celiac disease so sensitive that if my husband eats gluten and then kisses me, I'll get sick. He informed the worker that I have celiac disease and both our bowels would need to be gluten free. She VERY rudely said, "like that's an allergy?" And rolled her eyes. We explained no, it's an autoimmune disease. She changed her gloves but didn't wipe the countertop or change serving utensils. Then another worker asked what I wanted after running her hands along the prep area. I asked her to change her gloves and she refused. Instead she took orders for the people behind me. Behind her, two other workers kept looking at me and giggling. I finally spoke up and explained the seriousness of my AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE to which they responded with eye rolls.
ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I live in Ohio and the chipotle workers there are fantastic!!!! All I have to do is say I have celiac disease and everyone stops what they're doing, washes hands, wipes the prep area, uses fresh utensils, and changes gloves without me even having to ask or feel bad. The workers at this store have serious "better than thou" attitudes and obviously couldn't be bothered to actually DO THEIR JOB.
I will NEVER...
Read moreI probably haven't had Chipotle in over a year but they got me craving it with their free guac promo. This was my first time using the online ordering for pickup but assumed (especially in covid19 era) that it would be fastest. I enjoyed the mobile ordering experience and had no issues.
Pickup was set for soonest possible and the timing was perfect as it was on the way home from the shop we were at. Pulled up 2 minutes till and hubby went it to the pickup counter at directed. Nothing. They asked his name, he gave it. Order marked complete on the mobile site at 12:03. Still no order and the staff continues waiting on walk-ins. Finally they make our order and offer him a drink for his wait (thank you) and he exits almost 15 minutes after 12.
Grumpy but hoping for the best on the food. First bite, my taco wasn't warm. Granted, I had salsa and sour cream on it but the chicken just wasn't warm and it was a bit tough in texture. Hubby ate his burrito but said he would rate it a 3 only. His wasn't especially warm either.
Just overall "meh" experience. Not eager to try it again anytime soon. If you're near this location, I recommend you just head to Joella's...
