Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I had the worse experience from I’m guessing is a manager there. I came in on a Saturday evening. Right before they closed and it was a heavyset kind of tall Caucasian, dude that took my order the whole time he takes my order he does not make any contact eye contact with me and continues to look at the screen. He doesn’t ask me if I wanted anything extra no nothing. And when my sandwich was done, he literally just handed me the sandwich over the counter I said excuse me, sir can I get a bag and he’s like 00 yeah and then I have to grab my own cup. He doesn’t show me any good customer service it took for another girl on the line to actually adhere to my needs and ask me do I want anything extra on my sandwich anything this man simply gave me his butt to kiss and then proceeded to walk in the back of the store. if someone made them manager, then they really need to reconsider who they are putting in certain positions because I do not want to play the race card and say that race had anything to do with it, but his customer service skills are at a complete zero nowhere have I been and just handed me my food, no bag no anything didn’t offer me any type of complete service at all Like I will never ever sit back foot in that Jimmy...

I've ordered from this JJ pretty frequently at work.

I ordered a Vito and it came with no meat. Called the store, they said the driver would come back, pick up the wrong sandwich and bring me the right one.

He gets here, checks out the meatless sub, gives me mine, and leaves. It's made like a vito, but with turkey instead of Vito meat. Called back, and got the right sandwich on try #3, about an hour and 45 minutes after I ordered.

Twice I've ordered sandwiches with bacon (that don't traditionally come that way) and it's not been on the sandwich. Knowing it'd be an hour to get a replacement, I just ate them anyway.

Pretty quick aside from the incident mentioned above. I've had more transactions that have gone as planned than haven't, but when they mess up they mess up bad.

All the food was fresh the bread was amazing! I'm on the keto diet and I can't have bread so I had to find something quick. They're unwich was the perfect answer to the problem.
