approximately 1:30 p.m. September 26th 2024,I tried to purchase an item on sale from the spirits aisle, I was the last of four customers in line and a woman approached a second register and called me to check out, I didn't have my rewards card so I asked if I needed it for the advertised sale price, and she yelled "ain't no sales price!", so I calm and politely ask, how much is it? she said she couldn't tell me unless I give her my id, I mumble "that's stupid, because the discount prices are showing right on the shelf". I ran to the shelf 20 ft away and rush back to the counter and told her the price with my ID and credit card in my hand ready to pay. And the woman just loses it, saying ''YOU'RE STUPID! I'M NOT HELPING YOU! GO TO THE OTHER REGISTER, MATTER OF FACT GET OUT THE STORE! YOU CAN'T BUY ANYTHING HERE, SEE..NOW YOU CAN'T GET DRUNK, YOU GOT TO LEAVE! YOU CAN'T BUY NOTHING HERE! Ect...ect....."" I didn't raise my voice or provoke this attitude so why did she go from 0 to 100 in 2 seconds and order me out of the store? The Saddest part about this is I think she's the manager (gaslighting customers unprovoked) I am a customer service professional and in my experience when a customer's not making a scene or looking for trouble neither should you. And If customers wants to buy something and ignore the store managers rude customer service why not let them? Besides at this point I was the only customer left in the check out line. After taking a picture of the building as proof of location, the other cashier decided he should run outside into the parking lot and call out to me to take my picture as if this is not a place of business, as if he wanted to escalate instead of de-escalate this situation? Read moreCame to the pharmacy to get formula … I had the prescription from son doctor sent to me by email, but all 3 lady at the window was so rude and wouldn’t even look. I then ask will she give the formula to me if the doctor office called, she replied yes. I was otp with the doctor office and the nurse is sending ut through and will also call them. Then a different lady came to the window with a attitude and rudely ask what I needed and I told her again and she told me they don’t have anything for my son and she told me to go wait again after 3 cars pulled up behind me or come in. Which it would be pointless to wait again of the call was going to come through in mins while I was otp. I rolled my window up due to her making faces and being rude. The n she kept open and closing the door ….. I then spoke with another lady and she told me she will take my number down and text me when it ready . As she was talking the previous young lady was there making disturbing faces.I then parked and waited and never got any message or calls. I then Called my doctor office and spoke with the nurse and she said they told her they didn’t have his formula which is a lie …. I seen it there . Read moreWell a few months back My 18-year-old daughter went to the pharmacy needing help because she could not spell the word they needed that was a prescription doctors words the lady was rude and embarrassed her in front of everyone that was in line saying if you can’t spell it then I can’t help you I let that slide and then today my fiancé goes to pick up prescriptions for me I get three filled there on a monthly basis. I knew before he went there we are going to have trouble with one of them because they never have it ready because it’s two of the same thing just different milligrams so I let him know to make sure you tell them what the name of the prescription is in the milligrams the lady is very rude he calls me so I can listen and talk to the lady and we gave her the name of two of the meds that we needed, didn’t know the name of the last one because I am not a doctor and it’s not a easy word to say. But I am in the computer where I pick them up every month but because I couldn’t give her the name she couldn’t help me. VERY RUDE TO US!!! It’s like this every month.
