Taste of China — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Food was good. Delivery driver was terrible. He knocked once and a few seconds later when I got to the door, my food was sitting in the chair on the front porch and he was getting in his car about to take off. He had a shocked look on his face and then acted like he was annoyed when I asked him "Don't I have to sign for it?" then he checks the receipt and notices that the tip said i was supposed to pay with cash. I didnt realize that the BeyondMenu had defaulted it to cash, because I usually add the tip when I sign the card receipt. He rudely asked for the tip and I tried to explain to him that I usually just add it when I sign. He motioned to my house and was like "you can't go get the tip?" Im telling him i dont have cash. He catches an attitude and storms off. So I am actually glad that I didnt give him anything because I don't give tips for bad service. The bigger issue is, if I hadn't come outside before he left, how was the receipt going to get signed. Was this guy going to forge my signature? I wont be ordering again from a place that goes around forging...

The portion size of one of my dishes was to small ,i ordered a large shrimp and broccoli and and get a few pieces of of shrimp and the rest all vegetables and the house fired rice was terrible the chicken and beef and shrimp tasted like it had been left out for days and im glad i did not get sick and the only thing that was edible was the dumpling i spent over $50.00 and i even gave the delivery driver a $7.00 tip well there another restaurant on my BLACK LIST of places not to get food from...

After over a dozen visits, my wife and I agree that Taste of China has never failed to deliver hot, tasty food that satisfies our cravings. The staff are friendly and the service is prompt. The taste of their food far surpasses that of a number of other Chinese food establishments in the area, and they are now our restaurant of choice for takeout. Sunny, the lady who usually serves us, is very kind. I highly recommend you stop by and try Taste of China...
