Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

If I could give this store a 0 star review in everything it would be exactly that. When I first walked in, the first thing I saw was somebody playing on their phone where the customer could see them. And then I had two more employees walking the door behind me and to make eye contact with me and just stare at me, at the cash register waiting to order and then walk off and disappear. Mean while the other employees are standing there talking and shouting while another was standing there digging in their belly button. I had made eye Contact with multiple people and all of which ignored me. I waited 10 minuets, and then I got irritated at nobody wanting to take my order, so I walked out, and hopped in my buddies truck who decided he was gonna go in and try to order. There was at this point 6 other people in yhe store waiting to order and being ignored, so we asked the guy on the phone to help us and a dude with dreads walks around the corner telling us we had to wait 30 minuets and gave a bunch of lame excuses on why we couldn't order and my buddy was like yo we don't mind waiting for the food and they just refused to take orders and then started yelling and speaking to everybody in a really disrespectful manner. So everybody in the store left including me and my friend because we couldn't order food. I guess playing on their cellphones and digging in there belly buttons was more important. And I don't even want get into how filthy the damn store was including all the employees uniforms. I will never be going back to this location again. And I will forever detour people away from this store, but if your okay with waiting forever for some food and being disrespected by employees then sure go there...

We come here quite often. We order from the app and just grab from the pizza portal so it's usually quite quick and easy... However this changed with our most recent visit.

It was 30 minutes past when they said the pizza would be done so we head into the "restaurant" to check and see if it's in the portal... It was not. So we had to wait for someone to come to the front. When someone finally quit ignoring that someone was standing at the counter they just shouted it would be over 30 minutes without a question even being the asked and cranked up the speaker volume to their radio and ignored us.

When someone finally came around because we weren't leaving for something we had already paid for the lady had an attitude like it was our fault the pizzas were not ready (2 pizzas and some sticks not exactly a hard order). Blamed us for trying to put in the code in the pizza portal, and was very unpleasant. Took another 20 minutes to get out pizzas. Total time 1 hour and 35 minutes to get 2 pizzas. As far as the service from the young lady at the register she was spot-on but when she put the orders in to the kitchen to cook something the kitchen Personnel could not get it order straight it took me sending my pizzas back twice to get them done properly and cooked all the way I'm not the only one that was having this problem there was an elderly lady there that had ordered a pizza and some wings with some jalapeno sauce she had been waiting 30 minutes to get her food there was another lady in there that came in when it's a plain pizza with cheese only the pepperoni only any beef only the kitchen told them that the beef had to be a specialty order I agree a little bit but it seemed like the kitchen Personnel in the back just did not want to do anyting when it came down to my order the shed gentleman doing the pizzas kept telling the other workers to tell me this and tell me that instead of coming out directly talking to me that was very discouraging hopefully next time I will get better service out of this Little Caesars on Washington Street in...
