I’ve been craving pretzel bites and queso for 17 days and had a hankering for some cookies. I typically wouldn’t mind spending 22 minutes of my lunch break in a parking lot waiting on a magnificent feast. But, Swig, y’all broke my junk-food eatin’ heart and sent me back to work hangry and disappointed with my life choices.

It took me 300th of a millisecond to notice my chocolate chip cookies were frozen and the look on the window gal’s face told me she knew it too. If that’s normal, I don’t know but she kindly offered a refund and I promptly accepted it so I could get back to work. While another 3 minutes left my life, I thought to myself that maybe I should have checked the other stuff before she started that refund. Just as I leaned over to ring that little door bell to get her attention, my stomach screeched like a banshee to let the world know it’s eating itself. A few seconds later, window gal passed me another frozen cookie that couldn’t be eaten for another 67 minutes.

And those pretzels I was craving that led me on this little adventure? They were soggy, sticky, and chewy and the salt was clumped together and stuck to the side of the container. Believe me when I tell y’all, on that second bite, my throat was the Sahara Desert and I instantly regretted my life choices and not ordering one of...

I will not be coming back to this location ever again and honestly doubt I’ll go to this chain again I pulled up to the building and there was one truck ahead of me and from when I pulled up I had to wait for the truck to pull up so I could get in line behind him…well while waiting a car pulled up behind me from the other direction and when the worker came out she accused me of cutting the line even though I watched that car pull up after me I had been sitting there for a minute before that car was even in the lot and the lady refused to take my order so I definitely will not be returning there and depending on how the company responds we’ll see if I even come back to this chain at all. Looked over priced and overrated anyways. Wish I could give no...

Yall I was blown. First of all, i have to say the girl that took our order was a real sweetie pie. Nothing bad on that girl. But your owner? That guy in the puffer vest in 60 degree weather? He was awful. First we get there with one car infront of us and he starts yelling at us about how we got into the drive through wrong. Here comes the kicker though, He walks to the car behind us (that has my girlfriend’s family in it) and starts talking about how we can’t read and saying all this stuff about us. Then i get my drink right? Hair. Hair at the top of my drink. A curly hair in my flavorless, watered down drink. terrible first expirence....
