I ordered 2 Caramel sundaes with nuts, paid for my sundaes at the first window. When I pulled forward to the next window the crew member didn't speak, acknowledge me or even make eye contact for that matter. They simply said "Sundaes" while handing them out the window (no nut packets though). After I grabbed them, the crew member walked away and the window closed behind them (still no nut packets). So I waited, as I watched drinks being prepared for the next order. Then when the window opened the same crew member says "we don't have any nuts." So I repeated... to make sure I heard right... and they said "no ma'am, we're out." Now had I been told this before paying, I wouldn't have ordered them. But I really didn't get the feeling that this person cared. Now this really is a bigger deal than it should be, because I went to this location out of pure convenience. I usually avoid it because I hate this place! Because they nickle and dime their patrons for condiments and then ARGUE with them about what they've been told at the previous window. And yes, I have had that happen on multiple occasions!! I use to be a restaurant manager and have an Aunt who is the GM at a nearby Fast food restaurant. So I understand foodcost very well. But this place is just ridiculous. They're busy on most days, so I'm sure the food cost of ranch and syrup (I mean really people like syrup) could be made up somewhere else so that they don't have to nickle and dime patrons. Every time I have come here, I’ve had trouble with my order. You’d think I’d learn and would have gone to another McD! :) Alas, my final straw was today. I ordered a crispy chicken salad and a McDouble through the drive thru. I paid at the first window. At the second window I was told they didn’t have tortilla chips for the salad. I said no problem, I’ll take the salad still (thinking they have it ready since I already ordered) I was asked by the manager to pull over and park. I should’ve known this was coming. I waited at least 10min with no update as cars kept passing on. I finally went inside (as I usually have done at least 5 previous times. I saw a McD staff standing around and holding a salad. I was then told by I assume the manager that they don’t have crispy chicken and if I wanted grilled. I asked for my refund as to avoid a headache.
It’s not about the food! It truly is the lack of customer service at this facility. As stated, I’ve had at least 5 other similarly poor experiences at this facility either with staff attitudes or the lack of communication between staff and customer. I understand it’s a difficult line of service (I’m a nurse and I relate with demand/time constraints) but this facility needs to adjust. The staff needs to be retrained (its hard to go far in life with a poor attitude) and standards of communication need to be implemented.

Read moreI walk in at 7:30 a.m. I work across the street trying to get something to eat real quick so I walked over thereand go to the register because I'm paying with cash and I stood there for a couple of minutes nobody looked at me I could see at least five people but nobody said anything and then us employee Walks Behind Me and says order on the kiosk I said I'm paying with cash he said oh well go ahead and order on that anyways because they're just going to ignore you until you do okay if they don't want to use the front register anymore for one put out a sign or tell the customer that standing there waiting at the frontand so they just act like they don't see you so I go ahead and I put the order on the kiosk didn't give me a receipt after I ordered it and then the employee that told me I needed to order on the kiosk or they'll ignore me told them she needs to pay so then she comes over but stands there and looks at me what can I get for you I just made the order on the kiosk because another employee just told me you'll ignore me until I get the order on the kiosk. just really poor service two more people came in behind me saying is there nobody working up here hello the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.and I don't just happen a day here and there it's everyday you have to wait so long for...
