Nothing better at McDonald’s than hot fresh breakfast burritos BUT there’s absolutely nothing worse than cold, hard crusty tortilla old ones. I know they’re “pre-made” but I ask for fresh ones every time and I always get some kind of excuse or some impossibility and I finally have to tell them I don’t want the ones that have sat there for 4 hours then reheated and thrown in my bag and that I want the fresh “pre-made” ones. They finally get tired of trying to understand what “fresh” means and they put “special request” next to the order on the receipt which rarely gets relayed to the cooks. I usually get my order with cold hard hours old breakfast burritos. Now, there’s a limit on how many picante sauces you can get, which I really think the girl just wasn’t in the mood to give me 2 more sauces. Anyways. Some understand what fresh burritos mean here but never do 2 workers understand at the same time. So, either the drive-thru worker gets it but the cook doesn’t or the drive-thru worker doesn’t get it at all and it stops there. Unless you go at 5 in the morning, don’t expect a good breakfast...
Read moreI went to the drive thru and I tried to use a survey code to get a buy one get one sandwich deal from doing an online survey. On line it says that you can use the code at any McDonald's, nation wide, that accepts codes. Well I was told because my original purchase hadn't been made at this particular McDonald's that I couldn't use the coupon at that store. Maybe this McDonald's should opt out of the survey if they aren't going to honor a coupon at their store. I was told their manager is tired of giving away free food. We'll technically it's not free food because you still have to buy their overpriced food. The employees made me feel like I was robbing the restaurant. I had asked ahead of time if they accept receipts with codes on from completing surveys and they said Yes but when I got to the window that's when they told me that I couldn't use that coupon at that McDonald's. In today's economy every penny counts and being a senior citizen on social security every penny counts even more. I do buy things from this McDonald's but I don't think that I'll be coming back...
Read more2/20/20 745pm We made a mobile order purchase. The app allowed us to order a Mcgriddle meal, so we figured it was on the all day menu. McGriddles aren't available all day, didn't know that until the manager told us at the pickup window. They had the hashbrown but not the McGriddle. They also can't refund a portion of a mobile order, it's all or nothing and at this point the food and drinks are already in the car with my kids so giving it back is an issue. Wife asks if they can substitute 4pc chicken tender, manager says yes but they only had two left. So at this point we made a mobile order to pick up through the drive thru that included food they didn't have and asked to substitute food they should've had but were out of. We parked and I went inside to figure out how to make up this, less than $4 difference. I asked for a Mcflurry and two pies, just over $4 after tax, and was swiftly denied. FOR ALL THIS INCONVENIENCE THEY COULDN'T TAKE A $0.50 LOSS! OBVIOUSLY NOT INTERESTED IN MAKING...
