My wife and I are full time RVers in a class A 2013 Fleetwood Bounder 35K. We enjoy a good meal in almost all the states. We have visited hundreds of eateries. McDonald's is one of the many restaurants in many states.
This particular McDonald's is the worst in client care that we have visited. We walked in about 9:00am on Thurs 10th Jan. 2019 for breakfast on our way to LaPorte. We stood together with another gentleman for 5 min. It wasn't till my wife asked if someone was managing the front counter. There were 5 workers taking care of the drive thru and no one up front. All the workers were speaking Spanish; which we don't care cause I speak 3 languages. However, speaking Spanish around those who do not understand in a business setting is rude and unprofessional. Finally, a young lady stepped in to take our order. The manager never appeared to apologize or excuse themselves from the atrocious client service demonstrated. Our order came after a few minutes and we sat down to eat. After awhile, I went to the counter to get a refill on my coffee. I stood there for 5 to 10 min. Next to me were 2 McDonald's workers talking away the time. They saw me with my cup needing a refill. Neither, asked to see if they could refill my cup. Finally, a short, Hispanic man which I assume to be the manager, since he did not have a McDonald's uniform; walked to the counter while talking in Spanish to the workers on my side of the counter. He took my cup without asking or saying, "May I help you?" walked away. Filled my cup of coffee. Walked back to me and placed cup on counter without EVER looking our saying anything to me and continuing conversing in Spanish with the other employees. This is the example he displayed to the other workers. No wonder, the workers we encountered are lazy, unprofessional, uneducated, lacking professional skills, decorum and not there to service the clientele. THIS IS THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF AN UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.

Read moreThis was the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in regards to customer service. I ordered one McChicken. That was it. I paid with $20 bill. As I handed the cashier the $20 bill, I stated "Here's a $20." The young lady took it, not sure if she put it in the cash drawer, but I heard her close it. I looked at her and asked, "Where's my change?" She insisted I only gave her a 1 dollar bill, and I angrily insisted I gave her a $20. She asked if I wanted the manager, and I said Yes! The young lady went to her manager in drive-thru, who glanced at me, but ignored me for a couple minutes. When she finally came to the register, I spoke first explaining what happened. She opened the drawer, asked again how much the change should be, to which I said $19 (and some change). She handed it to me, not even looking at me, closed the drawer then walked away without so much as an apology, let alone a single word. I waited for my sandwich, which was in a bag on the counter which had been set down while the manager was getting my change, but the young lady who accused me of lying didn't bother to say a word when the bag was set down, so I had no idea if it was mine. I waited for 2 more minutes. No one asked me what I was waiting for or if I could be helped. I finally stopped another employee and asked her if the bag on the counter was mine, because I was not going to dig through possibly someone else's food order, but the employee simply said, "I don't know." Then walked on. The young lady finally turned and looked at me, and I asked her if it was mine, she said YES, as if I should know, to which I sarcastically replied, "Well, thanks for telling me!"

Read moreThis store is getting worse and worse I was in drive-thru literally the second person in line they were not busy I got a large caramel frappe three chocolate chip cookies and one of the new grandma McFlurries so first of all they tried to give me a frappe that is barely full it is inches from the top and they just decided to put a bunch of whipped cream on there instead of adding the accurate amount of drink then as if that wasn't bad enough the lady taking our order was being rude from the minute she opened her mouth my son had ordered three chocolate chip cookies and the date on the chocolate chip cookies or shall I say the time said to get rid of by 2:30 I bought the cookies at 4:30 when I acknowledge the worker that my cookies should have been thrown away 2 hours ago instead they were selling them to me he got mad got an angry attitude with me and said what do you want me to do replace it well yes I do want you to replace it and not try to sell my son food that's going to make him sick I do not recommend this restaurant at all the attitude of the people are horrible they get mad at you if you address something they do wrong instead of just apologizing and fixing it I almost promise that if you go to this store you are going to have problems out of the people and with your order.
