Large black dark skin woman manger for the current afternoon shift and larger light skin woman whose workers there are very unprofessional plays on the clock in the middle of my order making jokes, rolling wya and gesturing talking about u really going to but a $1 sandwich with a $20 bill and the larger light skin woman chiming in I got a dollar I make $400 a week. Then had the never to tell me to give them a couple dollars for a random man they was joking with that said he needed gas and stuck her hand out. Which is crazy to me cause I really needed change for a $20 cause I paid a guy who happen to fix car windshields and he was in the parking lot same time I pulled in so I just got his money from inside thatâs the only reason I bought a sandwich to skip the attitudes; of we donât give out change unless u make a purchase but instead had to be disrespected about the amount I was spending this happen at 1:40pm 11/15/2022.    Read moreI'm in this area once a week so I frequently drop in here. No longer, though. This store, among a few other McD's I've discovered on the north side, charges $1 SURCHARGE on electronic transactions and DOES NOT TELL YOU WHEN THEY ARE DOING IT! They do NOT ask you to choose "credit or debit" on the machine or verbally. The normal "slide and and glide" of your card and walking away with your food is used to disguise the fact they are doing this. No disclosure at all. If someone takes money from my wallet or my card without telling me, that's THEFT! My credit union has had several mentions of this when I asked them if my card was faulty, and they said McD's was not supposed to be doing this practice. I've called them twice and got nothing but voicemail. Hard to believe a manager doesn't ever answer the phone. I'm contacting McDonald's corporate about it as well. If anyone else has noticed this, you should let them know that you know. I have to give at least a star or my rating won't post, but deceitful practices like this can only rate a 00000! City of Indianapolis charges 8% sales tax, but this was over 20% charge on a $4.35 total bill for my kids...

When I got to the window and check my order it was I saw everything was in the bag but I didn't touch them. I pulled out onto the street and noticed it every single item was cold. I go back into the line another 15 minute wait and she threw my receipt and was not at all happy that she had to remake my order. this is the absolute worst service I have ever had at any McDonald's.
