McDonald's — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Worst McDonald's I have ever visited. I drove a bus to town with a sports team and was walking around town and walked to this place for ice cream and Coke Zero. I ordered on the app and selected counter pickup. When I got there the place is locked up like Fort Knox. I couldn't get in. Someone working there happened to come outside to talk to customer in a car so I asked about my order and could I go in an pick it up. She said there was no dining in so I asked her how do I get my food that I ordered on the app and picking up inside at the counter. She shrugged her shoulders and then I ask if I should walk through the drive thru and she said I definitely should not do that. She said she would check inside only to never return. Then an older lady came out to deliver free cookie to the customer in the car line and I asked her. Again she said the inside was closed and didn't seem to know how I could get my food. She said to drive thru the drive thru. I said "I walked here. How do I get my ice cream and coke zero?" She just said the inside was closed. So I asked why did the app let me select counter pick up. So I walked thru the drive thru and explained my predicament and he seemed to understand. So I said how can I get my food or cancel so I get my money back. He said to walk around to the Pick up window #2. As I was walking around the older lady popped her head out of window 1 whining at me that why did I say I had an order? I said I did and must have been a miscommunication. Anyway, I got my food and drink but it will be a hard pass on this place. Fix the app so it doesn't allow for inside pick up if the inside had been closed...

I went at approx. 4:15 a.m. ordered a parfait and a sausage muffin. How can you screw those up? The last time I ordered a steak, egg, and cheese bagel meal and was given a biscuit and the manager was talking crazy about it about what he thought he heard vs. The lady that rang me up properly. So I grabbed something fool proof today...

I was given this nasty old parfait, the bubble still didn't go away was there when I woke up hours later. The strawberries are discolored and gooey like they have been sitting for a while and the liquid from them shows they were not made fresh. I yipped it and it slid around, not going to eat it but take ut back and ask for a replacement because im tired of paying them and havibg to toss the food.

I used to love going to this location but since the new man has taken over the early morning hours the steaks are took salty, the bread is burnt or hard, and the items seem like it's from prior days. The over salted meat is so bad to where you are choking on them, the food isn't correct, or it's old like this so I'm done spending my money where it's not a fair trade. The customer service isn't friendly with a call when you let them know the issue and ask if it can be corrected all you get is an attitude about this not being their store ect. Call back to speak with someone else so yeah I'll keep my daily cash and spend it...

This place just keeps getting worse. Lately they never take your order they say only door dash or mobile orders at the drive thru. Today I did a mobile order and after waiting for at least 3 minutes they finally answered my hello is anyone there with they were closed. As I went to drive off I see a customer at the window getting food so I pulled up to talk to someone. All I ordered was a Carmel Frappe`. The Spanish lady I could barely understand & Vice versa, said there was only 2 people there. Now I might have had some understanding except for the fact that nobody else was in line. The doors were locked so nobody was inside either. I asked to speak to a manager she said there was not one there. Nobody in charge was there until 10:30? This is the 3rd time I have had this sort of experience there. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION unless you want the AGRAVATION of POOR SERVICE and INCOMPETENT people who don't care one bit. They give you no sort of help or relevant answer. Oh after a few minutes she was finally going to make my Frappe just to get rid of me because she couldn't answer my questions, but I declined...
