I purchased $4100 of flooring. The whole process was not had issues. Something that should have taken 2 trips turned into 4 trips. The Assistant Manager offered me a $120 refund to compensate me for damaged materials. Then he took it back and said he wasn't going to take a loss on those 7 boxes even though they damaged them. Instead, he said he would return them to the manufacturer as defective. I thought that was dishonest. Please keep in mind this discount totaled 0.3% of the entire order. I decided to return the whole thing for a full refund. I was told returning would cancel out their rebate. Well They never sent me the rebate and they kept the total of the rebate out from the total refund. So they gate 100% of their product back after 5 trips of bad customer service and they kept $750.00 of my money stating they cant cancel the rebate, the rebate I still have not received. Very bad business and very dishonest of them. Don't shop there. PS this wasn't special order so according to their policy, I should have gotten a full refund especially since I never receive their rebate that they can cancel on the spot just like Kohl's does using. And Kohl's also uses a third party for their rebates. They didn't refund my money proportionately to the payments. The machine kept clogging up and cutting off. Went to return it. I’m told that have to take it to a small engine repair. If they find something wrong I would have to pay to get it fix before I can return it. So I have to spend money to return a product just so I can receive my money back. Boyfriend needed to borrow an employees measuring tape to measure back of our truck, while I waited in line to enter the store with a cart holding our empty propane tank that according to signs outside the store, we can exchange. We enter the store right after returning measuring tape, and take about 30 minutes getting what we need inside before heading to garden area. Then, we're stopped by an employee telling us we have to leave the store because we are NOT allowed to enter the store with a propane tank. Okay, we didn't know and why did they let us in at the entrance then? Ask how can we get to lumber to pick out what we need, and were told to just drive around to lumber and we can drive in. Get to customer service to deal with tank, signs are incorrect, they do not exchange tanks at this location. Okay, why is that sign outside saying you do? Get to the entrance for the lumber yard, and you're only allowed in if you purchased ahead of time. According to the woman whose "worked here for two years, and that's not how it goes. Who told you that?"...like I paid attention to her name, I must've paid attention to the other employees names...no, I didn't.
