If I could give this location a zero star rating, I would. I ordered my food online tonight, received a confirmation email like normal and used the delivery tracker to see when my order was on the way. I placed my order at 7:05pm and the delivery tracker said my order was “on the way” around 7:45pm. This was slightly behind schedule since it estimated 32-42 minutes for arrival, but I wasn’t going to be petty about it being a few minutes late. I then waited until 8:10pm to call the store because I have worked in the restaurants, as well as a pizza place before, so I can understand that businesses get busy. I just wanted to check on the status of my delivery at that point because it had been over an hour since I had ordered. I didn’t even get through the first time I called, I was just placed on hold by the automated system for about 5 minutes before I hung up and tried again. When someone finally answered she had no idea what had happened to my order. Then after a few minutes she said mine was the order that they cancelled because the driver apparently knocked and tried to call me twice. I know for a fact this is not true because I was home alone the entire time and my 2 dogs ALWAYS bark when someone is even remotely close to the house - let alone knocking on the door. I also did not receive a single call to my cell phone. She then passed me over to the manager who gave me the same story and was just very “matter of fact” with me. No apology or actual customer service. I’m not sure if they were just covering up the fact that they forgot and never made my order... but that is exactly the way it came across to me since the first girl I spoke with couldn’t even find my order. It was just an extremely frustrating and overall unpleasant experience. We moved here very recently so this was my first time attempting to order from this location - needless to say, it will also be the last. I tried calling the store at least 4 times over the next 3 hours with no answer, and was unable to leave a message because the voicemail was full. I eventually had to leave for a prior appointment 3.5 hours after my pizza should have been delivered.
So I never received my order, which I ordered and paid for on the Pizza Hut website. I complained via the online complaint form, and got an email from someone named Chris Blevins on 8/23 saying that I'd get a refund in 3-4 business days. He also said that he would put a $20 credit on my account.
(Sidenote: I have no idea if he actually put a credit on my account, because Pizza Hut apparently does this ridiculous thing where they'll offer you store credit and tie it to a specific store in such a way so that you can only use it by calling that store to order. Because the national website which I have an account on specifically so I do not have to call is apparently incapable of hosting my credit?)
Still had no refund on 8/30, so I called customer service who said it "might be a few more days" because they "put the refund in late." Chris did not respond to the follow-up email I sent him after that call. It's now 9/10, a full 20 days after I paid for an order I never received, and I have still not been refunded.

Terrible customer service when a customer ask to speak with the manager (brittany) but she would not come up and speak with me at all is 1 very unprofessional and a poor thing to show your employees to do to customers. First I get there at 7pm they tell me my food is in the ovenafter ordering at 630. By 732pm I ask if my order is ready or not. Just to wait another ten minutes, to be told they had two of the pizzas but had lost the other. Not by the manager but by a young man working trying to figure it all out for me. Finally was told I could have the two now cold pizzas by the young man! Not once did the so called store manager acknowledge my request to speak with her! It’s pathetic I had to end up taking my business somewhere else because this location couldn’t get off the cell phones and get a simple order together! This location has probably ruined my family ever going to another Pizza Hut again, we will take our business to another pizza chain! This location should be shut down!
