Starbucks — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Love the store and how close it is to my office. People working there seem nice too. I just wish they could make the drinks right more consistantly. This is the 3rd time in a row they forgot to put caramel in my caramel macchiato. Not the biggest deal, but when you're paying nearly $7 for a drink, you'd think it would be made correctly at least 1 out of the last 3 attempts. I've been coming to this location for a few years now, but I'm going to give it a break and head over to the Michigan Rd location. Again, nice people and a good location, but you have to make the drinks correctly. I don't mind a few mistakes now and again, but not more often than not. Either mix/stir your drinks or give people something to stir it with... iced caramel Macchiato was completely separated and with the new lid I can't shake it or it'll spill. So we turned around immediately before even leaving the parking lot and they refused to give us anything to stir it.... bc they were closed... we honestly hadn't even been away from the window for 30 seconds 😆 it was really bizarre. This Starbucks is my LEAST favorite to go to. They regularly do NOT fill up your cup. If I am paying almost 7.00 for a venti latte, the least you could do is fill my cup up. They don’t even hide it like other Starbucks do by filling the cup with the whipped cream. Nope, they just blatantly leave room in your cup. And god forbid you should ask them to fill the cup up. Nothing, no apology, nothing. They just treated my like I was the rudest person in the world to make a full cup of coffee. Save your money and skip this location. I keep thinking next time will be...
