I've never made a review before good or bad but my experience today really frustrated me. If I could I would give 0 stars. I live in Lebanon and the closest noodles and company is this one ( which is about 20/25 mins away). I ordered pot stickers (which I received less than a quarter cup of dipping sauce) there was so little sauce in there I was only able to use it on one out of my 6 pot stickers. I also ordered a regular bbq mac and cheese where I specifically asked for extra bbq sauce. Well even though I paid for extra I got no sauce literally NO bbq at all or the crispy jalapenos. Nothing but meat and cheese even though I didn't ask for anything taken off. I even paid for EXTRA! My other things I ordered were a side of chicken noodle soup and a spicy noodle dish for my mom. The chicken and noodles also had about a 1/4 of broth, which normally it's filled to the top. I ordered online, showed up picked up my bag and went to the car and glanced made sure everything was there and drove back home. So 20/25 mins later when I get home and I see all this I was really sad and disappointed. Mostly because I had oral surgery 2 days ago and was supposed to only eat chicken and noodles and Mac&cheese just whatever soft things I could. So I was really looking forward to this after working all day. Now I'm just frustrated I didn't even have bbq sauce at home to put on my noodles. Not that anyone really cares to read this review but my advice as of April 7th 2021 I would NOT go to this noodles and company!! I would rather waste my gas and go to Carmel or Avon one than ever go to...
Read moreExtremely poor customer service.
We have been eating at this location for over nine years. As of today, we will be taking our business elsewhere. There was an error in the order that I didn’t realize until I got home with hungry children. So when I called they told me the order was taken by a call center and is therefore not their fault and since I wasn’t charged for the missing food in question there is no harm done. So I had to place a second order for the missing food, drive there, pay, and pick it up costing my kids an additional half hour of eating their food.
When I arrived to pick up my second order, I voiced my disappointment. Again, they claimed zero responsibility and acted as if nothing was wrong. The words of the cashier was, “It happens.” I have worked in retail and customer service. This complete disregard for the customer is unacceptable. Yes, mistakes happen, but you own up to them and apologize. Shrugging the blame off to some third party and placing the burden of solving the situation on the customer is poor service. I’m extremely...
Read moreI was less than thrilled on this visit to Noodles and Company. I arrived shortly after they opened and it did not seem they were ready for customers. The young man who then rang up my order never even asked if I was ready to order he just stared at me. Then he didn't ask what size of the pasta I ordered or if I wanted anything else. I then went and sat down as the only patron in the restaurant and it seemed to take forever for the food to come. When the same young man brought over the food on a tray he just stood there again and never said anything. I said thank you after each interaction.
While I was eating I witnessed one of the employees walk outside to turn off the car that had been left running in the parking lot. It was parked in one of the to-go order spots. Then he returned to work. After my meal I walked to another store and about 1 hour later that employee car remained in the to-go spot. That seems very rude considering it is winter and I saw many people picking up...
