Literally going out of my way to write this review because I’m that irritated by the experience I just had. I ordered on the app for pick up. I walk in, everyone is sitting on their phones (no big deal I get it). I walk up to the counter, tell them I’m there to pick up an order, and give them my name. He said “we don’t have an order for you.” So I pull out my phone and show him. He turns around, and surprise there’s my order sitting there, the only order I might add. He pushes my bag towards me and I see that my drink is not in there, so I turn to the fridge next to me to grab my drink. He says “it’s already in there!” “My drink?” “Yes it’s in there!” I feel like it would have been pretty obvious if there was a Gatorade stuffed into that brown paper bag so I look again. Just two sandwiches and the kids meal sides, no Gatorade. So I point on the paper receipt that I did in fact order a Gatorade and it’s not in the bag. I mention that I also ordered 2 cookies and neither were in there. He says nothing and walks away. “Excuse me, could I please get my cookies, I need to leave.” Again I point on the receipt that I’m missing the cookies and they they paid were paid for. He pulls the bag back in annoyed fashion. Guy says nothing, puts the cookies in the bag, and again pushes it towards me in an awkward way. I grab my stuff and leave, cause whatever this subway just sucks. I get home with the food and what do you know, I’m missing another item, my kid’s juice that comes with his meal. This has not been my only incident at this subway but this is the straw that broke the camel’s back. The staff is so rude and aloof and couldn’t even appropriately complete the order written out for them. Francis’s owner needs to clear house and go back to having teenagers...
Read moreI arrived here at approximately 12 p.m. the cashier that waited on me was extremely rude!! while I did ask for three chocolate chip cookies actually there were two chocolate chip cookies and went oatmeal cookie the chocolate chip cookies that were available were not cooked thoroughly so I asked for another three and she shoveled the cookies at me and stated" which one they all are the same!!" When a person can clearly look at them and tell them we're not all the same I did like that not one bit and to further insult me after she threw the cookies into bag shoveled them at harshly!! As long as I am paying for the food I want the food that I am purchasing cooked a certain way if your a person didn't cooked them right in the first place they wouldn't have this problem.. so my feeling is that as long as you're not willing to complain about extremely poor service and willing to accept anything from this Subway then everything will be alright I don't know when or if I ever...
Read moreWe were just there tonight, and my family and I had a bad experience, first with customers service, my wife ask some questions about the meats and the all said was yes or no, I worked in the food chain industry before and when a customer ask about a topping or protein, the sever has to be specific about ingredients and so on, the only person who was the most professional and actually doing work was a black girl, but everyone else was sitting down, the dining room was upside down, tables dirty, floor not swiped, and my wife mentioned something about and I don’t know if the girl was a relative of the franchise owner but is a Indian girl who was literally laughing while my wife was saying something to her, very disrespectful and very unprofessional environment, we’re definitely not coming to...
