Subway — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Well i stayed at the days inn & suites a few weeks ago and got hungry and since Jimmy's was closed so i couldn't get the sandwich i wanted but i remembered that subway is open and if i remember quite well subway had this sandwich called the pro or something similar to that, And because of the size of the sandwich i was beginning to like subway again because that sandwich was pretty similar to the JJ's Gargantuan which is 16 inches long and stacked, So i go in and stare at the menu looking at all the new sandwiches that i didn't recognise so i asked the guy and the more i explained about that sandwich the more confused he became and then another guy came around the counter to help with the app and finding what sandwich i was looking for, he swore it was this one but i knew it wasnt a steak and cheese which is what he ended up giving me a steak or rib link sandwich and because i didnt pay attention, the Sandwich i got was just a little nasty if you ask me, but it is what it is, but i guess when you are so hungry that even a cold steak rib tip with soggy bread and cold cheese tasted nasty but at the same time tasted good, thats pretty weird right? Well usually they do the best they can with making the sandwiches and some of the locations the workers have a slow process to how quick they make your food? Its becoming almost impossible for a citizen to recieve good customer service with a smile from a cool dude or a gorgeous female, good customer service reps are becoming extinct...

I highly recommend you do not eat at this subway. They charge extra for EVERYTHING. The more veggies or if you want a extra squirt of sauce. They even charge for a spoon or a napkin yes one napkin will cost you 20 cents. If you need a spoon for the bowl ur ordering a pice of silverware will be 50 cents per a spoon, knife,or even a fork. This place is private owned and the workers are very skimpy on the meat. When you get a deluxe they don't even give you that they just give a couple extra pieces of meat. The meat is not even proper portions like the other subways. If you only get one topping and want extra it is 1 dollar to 3 dollars extra. This place over charges on EVERYTHING.do not eat here. Go to a different one your be better off.when you order drive thru and u get one sandwich it takes over 30 min to get that sandwich. When you ask for your food toasted it gets burnt or not cooked enough to where the middle is still cold. I tried to eat here more then once besides them over charging but the service is just horrible. It is not worth the money ur better off driving a couple minutes down the road to get subway or make ur own at home. It might be cheaper to just make it at home. I do know it is cheaper at other subways. The liquor store is also owned by them. They are also over priced. Very rude staff. Everytime no matter how nice you...

Ordered three toasted sandwiches online to be picked up at 9:05. We arrived on time and pulled in the drive thru to pick up our order. We were told to wait. We waited until 9:30 in the drive thru for our order and no one responded to us. My boyfriend decided to go in and get them. There were two people in line ordering thier sandwiches. He tried to just get the sandwiches and was still told to wait. He was finally helped by 9:40. The sandwiches were nearly an hour old. Cold. Soggy. He refused the sandwiches and asked for a refund or new sandwiches to be made. The crew manager refused to do both. My boyfriend was told they don’t have the help and no one wants to work so that’s why it took so long but I don’t understand why you’d try to serve people sandwiches that old.
