Update:
I tried to give this location another chance, but it still needs A LOT of work. The drive-through staff was different this time, but the food quality was horrible.
The meat was super bland, and lacked the signature Taco Bell flavor, almost as if it had been watered down. With the watering down of the meat, it literally destroyed the crunchy tacos, they were like wet paper towels when opened. Also, for some reason, the flour tortillas are always dry, and falling apart.
Not sure what's going on, but I will no longer use this location, and it'll be inconvenient, because the next closest location is farther away, and in a terrible area.
Taco Bell Corporate should look into this location ASAP, especially with all the money they put into it the last couple of years for the updating.
First, the drive-thru employee entered something different than I had asked for, I guess they didn't have the item anymore, so she took it upon herself to substitute it for me. I didn't want the other item. Then, she said she'd fix it, bit it was still on the screen. When I pulled around I asked about it, because I got charged for something I didn't order. When I tried to explain it to the manager, she was confused, and had an attitude. I told her I was tired of explaining/arguing, and that I would just take the food and go. After she closed the window, I saw her get more of an attitude, and, made hand gestures towards my family and I.
Once I got home, I found that not only did I not get what they charged me extra for, but they left out something from the rest of my order as well.
Unprofessional and rude.

Read moreIt took 20 minutes for a Mexican Pizza, Loaded Nachos, Large Nacho Fry and 2 drinks. Placed my order at 8:01 pm and got it by 8:20 pm. Then an employee walks in to start his shift and that was when my order was getting made 15 minutes later while I seen people come and go in drive-thru not even a line or backed up and only me and 1 other customer inside at the time. If I understood what I was walking into I would have never gone inside and placed my order at the kiosk. The shift manager was talking down to the 6 employees about empty food pans on the line. Which I have been in food service and with a open kitchen like that you have to know how to properly address the situation withhout the whole restaurant hearing. Then get the crap scared out of you mutiple times by him slamming the empty pans together to take back to the kitchen. The only saving grace was the guy who just started his shift did an excellent job on our food and was very kind. Right after that guy walked in to clock in another employee come down to give us our drinks and apologize for the wait. But before that I could have sat there longer if he did not walk in or I eventually would have had to ask about my order which I did not feel comfortable about at all with how the shift lead was. This is not the first time experiencing his attitude, we came in last week and the same shift lead guy was talking crap to a Door Dasher about "show me your phone one more time" because the dasher did not know about where the orders get placed once they are ready...
Read moreI have never been treated so rudely in my entire life. I processed an order through the app for this location. The first dasher I was paired with canceled and then I was paired with another dasher who informed us that our order had already been picked up. Well it hadn’t. I phoned the wrong location first and they were great. They helped me track down the right location. When I called the correct location the associate who answered the phone was rude from the get go. I didn’t even get to finish my story before she cut me off to tell me that my order had been picked up. She knew “because she made it herself.” I simply told her, no, that wasn’t the case, and she told me she wasn’t going to deal with my attitude. She told me it wasn’t her problem and I needed to contact DoorDash. However… when I explained that I had ordered it through the app.. she realized she was going to have to help me. My voice wasn’t raised and I wasn’t being rude… I just simply wanted the food I paid for or to be refunded. Simple as that. When I asked her how could we rectify the situation, she placed me on hold. She came back on and told me she was going to redo my order and literally hung the phone up. I want a district manager or a general manager to contact me.
