We have gone to this location for over 4 years. In that time we have seen at least 3 management changes (and possibly ownership changes to). The first set of management got us hooked. Great quality food, fast and friendly service. The food looked like the pictures.
The 2nd set of management had a turnover of staff. Initially there was a drop in quality and service, but they recovered nicely. The food eventually got back to the high quality and service vastly improved, though not quite as friendly.
This current management has never come close to matching the high quality of food, nor the fast and friendly service. Quality wise, the pizza dough has air bubbles galore, as if they don't know how to properly adjust yeast for temperature and humidity, causing bald spots (no sauce, no cheese, burned dough spots, or some combination of all 3). On some occasions, the yeast was not allowed to rise properly for the thick crust so it comes out very flat.
From a service standpoint, I miss the recognition by the crew. Some of us who were regulars would simply have to walk in and they would know us by sight, know our order, and place it immediately for us before we even got to the register making the experience far more enjoyable and quick. This current group (and I won't even call them a team, cuz they aren't) just does not get it. They perform their job like it is an ardous task, as if how dare we customers come in and make them work.
I probably won't be back, except once in a very rare while, and then only to see if anything has changed. We used to come 52 weeks a year at least once and sometimes more per week. Now it may be more like once or twice a year... At least until the quality and...
Read moreSHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! Lets talk about rude and incompetent workers and unreliable, unprofessional "headquarters." Went into the store on August 26th to order pizzas for our child's birthday party and was told they were only accepting online orders. I found that interesting because before that, they usually didn't accept online orders or would only accept them off and on. Against my better judgement I ordered online from them anyways... My food was never made nor received. When we showed up to pick up the food all of the workers were GONE. There were multiple people there to pick up online orders since we were all told we HAD to order (AND PAY AHEAD) online... Its been two weeks now and guess what? I STILL have not received a refund. I've emailed little ceasers, I've called their customer service line 3 times, I've called this store directly multiple times (which they never answer btw, don't even waste you time). Thankfully I can live without $20 but there was a time in my life as a young, single mother where loosing that $20 would have REALLY hurt me. I think its absolutely unacceptable for a business to keep money when a product was never served, and even worse, a company like this that is cheaper, that targets households who make less money, then gives horrible customer service and a complete run around for returning money.. What about those people who ordered food the same night I did, never received a refund, and struggled to feed their kids afterwards because of it? DO BETTER. Will spend the extra money going somewhere else. I suggest...
Read moreA continuous disappointment. This store use to be good. I don't know if it's the manager or the staff that's changed so much in the last year, but it has taken a nose dive! I've tried going at different times & days, thinking maybe it will be better this time, but it's not. First of all, I don't appreciate being called "honey & sweetheart" with an attitude behind it because I challenge the quality of the food. After inspecting the pizzas, I point out that they have several large "bubbles" in the dough. Making the topping slide off & its dry looking. The man (bald w/several tattoos) says "honey that's what fresh dough does." Um NO, it's not. I'm sure someone who knows what causes the dough to bubble like that could explain what they did wrong, but he could not. At first he said the coolers were down, then it was just that the dough is SO FRESH, even if I waited for new pizzas, they would look the same. So I took the crappy pizzas & went on my way. Had to feed the kids. Tried it again a month later, which would be 2 nights ago, Friday Feb 17th. We got a pepperoni & a sausage.....me, my 2 sons & my husband ALL IN THE BATHROOM WITH DYENSTERY late that night & early Saturday morning. NEVER AGAIN!! You would think with the area, they would get their act together, get some real help or a real manager. First thing I would do is get rid of the guy calling all the woman honey & sweetheart. What happened to "ma'am & miss"? Have some professionalism. And stop giving people...
