This place is NEVER prepared to open in the morning. They constantly lose customers because they don't ever have enough employees to handle demand especially on the weekend mornings. The owner of this franchise is losing 50% of the people who try to come and eat here on weekends because they never ever ever have enough staff or are prepared. I just sat in the drive thru and watched employees turning away customers at the door at least 3 families were told to just leave because they weren't ready.
I dont think the owner of this place realizes just how much money they lose by not having their employees do a good job. It's actually insane I can't understand how they make any money at all with the way they constantly have to turn people away.
And I don't blame.the employees if the owner paid enough money they would have good employees who showed up and did a good job. This is the worst example of running a business I have ever seen. Do not ever come to this BK unless you want to wait for 20 minutes before you even get to order.

Read moreI am appalled at the service and the quality of my food from this Burger King on Pendleton Pike and Oaklandon Rd. First I literally waited in line over 39 minutes to be exact. I waited 15 minutes of that 39 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge I was at the speaker ready order. When I finally get to the window I pay the manager $13.06. Then he closes the window; I wait and wait and wait, then a lady comes to the window and states you didn't pay yet. I responded nicely yes I did. She replies no you didn't because it's not showing you paid. I told her to go snd talk to your manager who took my payment. She then says here and flings my food to me out the drive-thru window.
