I went to office and I must Woman At the Desk to check me in have a attitude from the beginning very Short She did not have good people skills I try to be nice to her was not nice back No personality didn't smile Don't know Why she's working in customer service...Get to the Room not there 5 minutes knock on door she said I told her there are going to be only 2 people staying in the Room And there were 3 people in the Room me and My friend who was staying the Room Told her that the other person Was getting Ready to leave the 3rd person told her She was getting ready to leave said you Can Watch me pull off. told her over and over she was just Helping us carry stuff in Even though she was very rude and had attitude we Did not get loud or rude For we were just confused on what was going on and why she so upset she continue to be very rude with Us I asked Are we not allowed to have company she said we have rules here she kept being rude and flipping out for no reason we were totally confused on why she Over reacting for no reason there is no sign in the lobby that says you can not have visitors not to mention this 3rd person person hadn't even been there for 3 Minutes we ask for the manager she said she was manager which don't know why she's In customer service I have been in customer service previously for several years and this is no way to Treat customers she insisted on giving us a refund and us leaving my friend that was going to stay Then told her she discriminating against my parkinson's because She About someone coming in to assistance carry my stuff and and she was so opposed to this She proceeded to cuss him out Saying we had too many GD people in the Room like we were having a party we had one Extra person in the Room for less than 5 minutes and she is only helping Carry our belongings I called later on to find out when my money would be refunded back to my card I proceed to ask what the big deal was and how there was no signs Saying you cannot Have visitors This is an even the case Having someone Help carry my belongings She then used the F word and said that Did notCare who I told She said that my Friend got out of the back seat and that it didn't look like that was going on When I told her that she let me have the front seat because I just got out of hospital the night before which I have Paperwork to prove this Which I really don't think it matters whatsoever what seat you sit in the car matters And I asked if she had superman vision Since she Said not look like going on when I told her that She was helping us carry stuff not sure what she thought She saw literally had been for 3 minutes I do not recommend ever stay at this place as for this woman is nasty rude I think she needs to get laid. Go to park terrace. Gave them one star actually should be Negative stars this woman so Called manager Should not be in customer service whatsoever she had no reason to treat us like this it Was totally uncalled for there was a housekeeper next door that witnessed the whole thing not sure if they would say that All this was true With Having to worry about the The wrath of the manager they did comment to my friend that they have to Deal with that Awful negativity...

I've stayed here many times and only because nobody else close had anything available. I've never had any real complaint other than the rooms are dark, dingy, kind of depressing and smell like smoke. The smell is so strong it just about knocks you down. I stayed last night and check out time is 11:00. I was getting dressed and someone banged on the door telling me it's check out time. I told them I know, I'm coming but still getting dressed. Why in the hell did they come back two minutes later banging again and then a minute after that. I don't need you to keep banging the door to tell me is check out time. I've never stayed anyplace that did that. They were very unprofessional and the OWNER IS SUPER RIDE. He needs to put that anger towards getting the funky smoke smell out of the rooms, throw some paint on the walls and get new comforters for those rooms. After this experience I will take my money elsewhere. I refuse to give my money to a jackass....

Nice room,s quiet location, only bad thing i could.possibly say is i hate that they do not have weekly rates and so it get costly quick... have to edit original review after my beastie allowing me to wait for her in her room (and get ready till she came back we were meeting there to ride together to a birthday party) and after being there less than 10 mins the lady grin the office came banging in the door said we weren't not registered for the room and kicking us out... my necklace got left on the bed it was 100% irreplaceable with handmade Axe (i dint have a Pic but looks like the axe from thundercats and has red wood handle) and 3 knives (pictures below) that my fiance had made me as a gift himself and in a chain that i was given years ago by someone very important to me.... I was told nothing was doing in the room i know 100% for sure exactly where it...
